Basset Hound Rescue

Based out of Marietta, the Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia has been around since the early 90’s. They rescue basset hounds that are strays, homeless, abused and abandoned. The bassets, including beagles, range in age from puppies to full grown dogs. Additionally hounds can be viewed for adoption every weekend at the PetSmart in Buckhead.
The Basset Hounds range in price from $ 100 to $ 250 depending on age. Similar to other adoption non profit shelters, the price is based on vet visits, vaccinations, heart worm testing and treatment, and spaying/​neutering. Additionally, like typical breeder requirements, a representative from Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia has to visit the homes before or immediately after adoption takes place.
