We had an awesome experience with Milton at this location. He figured out a really tricky situation with me switching carriers. I got a brand new iPhone 6s AND saved money. Milton was extremely patient and gave me all my options so I could make the best decision. I’m very grateful for the help (especially after the mess Verizon and Straight Talk made of my account) and we will definitely be back!

I came in on 7÷4÷15 to upgrade to an iPhone 6. The guy helping me seemed nice enough, while the girl employee smacked on her gum the whole time I was there. Once my phone was setup however, the gentleman, who’s name slips me, took my phone, went into my AT&T app, and added the $ 10 a month insurance plan to my account WITHOUT my permission. He then handed my phone back to me and acted like he was just making sure that I had some rewards program linked to my account. I’m assuming these folks work off of commission, which is why he had to be so sneaky. Beware of this store; they are underhanded.
