All-Bright Cleaners

Rude people! I occasionally need dry cleaning done when I’m traveling and this place is closest to my hotel/​I dropped off an outfit for cleaning and the lady asked for my name but didn’t give me a pick up slip (I know i should have asked for one.) There was obviously some language barrier when giving her my name and phone #.
I went the items up 4 days later and nothing came up under my name or phone number. The Chinese lady was completely rude about it telling me I was wrong, that I didn’t drop anything off there. After about 5 minutes of back in forth she went and checked the logs and found that it was under Brad Dean instead of Bryan Dean and insisted that I must have told her the wrong name. I guess I don’t know what my name is and it couldn’t be the fact that she speaks broken English. She didn’t even offer an apology. I’ll never go back to that hole in the wall.
