My upstairs AC didn’t turn on today so I called around and AccuTemp was the first one that offered to send someone out today. Fast forward only 1 hour after I called Eric showed up to fix my AC. Now the upstairs is cool again thanks to their speedy service! Thanks Eric and stay cool!

AccuTemp has been beyond helpful during my recent fiasco with my furnace. The technician was thorough and very informative. I like the fact that AccuTemp is a family business and not a corporate chain. They even sent our family a Christmas card this past holiday season! Will be using them in the future for my heating and air needs.

Based on their branded service truck that just needlessly and recklessly cut me off twice this morning at sixes road ramp and 575 exit 7, polite and friendly service is lacking for at least one of their trucks. The truck pulled out of the Home Depot parking lot at main street onto sixes with plenty of room to get behind me at the on ramp to 575 or to stay in the right of the two turn lanes, but instead I had to stop short from being cut off at a red light. I decided to let that one go at first and didn’t call when I had the truck number in front of me. Sadly, I was stuck behind him until exit seven, when I signaled to exit once I passed the solid line, only to have him cut me off without blinker and almost caused me to rear-​end him.
I called the number on the truck and had to leave a message since it was before operating hours, but hopefully someone there does care enough about service to call back. I’m posting the picture of the side of the truck; if the number doesn’t match the Marietta location (the only one that pulled up by company name when I searched) I’ll be glad to delete this off of this branch and apply to the correct one.
