Panda Express

Best place to eat in Maricopa if ur looking for a place to quickly go to or sit down an eat. Food is constantly made fresh. Kitchen is always clean. More are there employees rude.

I just went there today for lunch. Food was good but once my fiancée and I finished our drinks, we usually eat the ice, we noticed that there was lint/​or dirt around and in the bottom of the cups. And it wasn’t small pieces they were good sized black dots. If their cups are dirty it makes me wonder what else they are not keeping clean.

I went to Panda this morning after ordering online, and they cooked my food so it was fresh. I must say, it was good and my friends who came over liked it also (and they wernt fans of Panda). the customer service was excellent, while I waited on my food, the young lady helped me out and gave me a free drink and the mgr. when he handed me my order, was very courteous. I hope the food is good next time I go there.

Now a days sometimes the food is good sometimes it’s not. Used to be my favorite place, now food seems to be overpriced and showing a regression in quality & taste.

Never go here!!! I have been twice and the food is always old or burnt!!! It taste like 3 day old meat! And the noodles were so dry a few even look petrified! I will not be returning and if your hungry your better off going to McDonald’s

I’ve been going there for years. It seems that the portions keep getting smaller.
On my most recent visit, I was served by a lady I believe to be an owner. She always seems to rush (which seems odd as it always seems to take longer than it should to get your food), but when I am ordering she can slap that food into a container really fast. Anyhow I began with the first entrée and she deftly spooned up mostly vegatables and managed to cover them up with a few pieces of meat. I started to protest whilst she looked at me anxious to move on, I paused… then I said I changed my mind and walked out. Obviously she’s had a lot of practice cheating customers. Here is how she does it… Quickly spoon up a little meat then fill the rest of the serving utensil with vegetables flip it into the container and voila looks like all meat until you get home. Obviously, I am not a fan of paying a bunch of money for vegatables that I never eat.
I do not think I’ll be back but if I do, I will look her straight in the face and insist on another server.

When a business opens at 11am I expect food to be ready to order. I’ve been to this place several times just as they open and they have literally NOTHING ready. Why on earth wouldn’t the rude staff start cooking 30 minutes prior to opening the door? I watched 8 people walk out before I decided to leave as we’ll. The staff never so much as said «hello» to any one of the 15 people waiting for food to be cooked. VERY RUDE AND VERY BAD BUISINESS.

I love me some Orange Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. The Panda here in Maricopa is always slammed so they must be doing something right. The drive through can be a long wait during peak times but hey if your too lazy to walk in then don’t go at 12−1pm and 5−6pm. The food has always been very good and the family fest is perfect for groups and family. I also like the String Bean Chicken Breast, and the Angus Steak. Rangoons are always a favorite, as well as the Passion Fruit Tea.

My first impression, wow they are slammed. I need to be patient! Being patient paid off! The staff here were so nice and working their butts off trying to get everyone taken care of. We got fresh food which was great for fast Chinese! Not only that but the sweet older lady there, was so sweet to my son! She gave us a ton of fortune cookies for him
And coupons. We’ll be back!

Every time I decide to try and give in another try I am even more disappointed. There were 4 people ahead of me and when I pulled in immediately another car pulled in behind me so I was trapped in the drive thru. After waiting over 20 minutes in line to get to the speaker to place my order they tell me they are out of two dishes (even though it was 2 hrs to closing) so I changed my order. Another 20 minutes and I get up to the window where they tell me they are out of the sides I chose and it will be 6 minutes (even though they knew they needed it for my order). I sigh and say «ok I will pull ahead then» and they tell me «no, stay here, don’t pull ahead.» I must have looked confused because the guy then said «we don’t want people thinking we aren’t doing our job.»… of course by then they had already taken my payment so while I waited I spoke to a manager who said «well hopefully it’ll be better next time». She clearly did not give a crap. So after that trip I will not going back ever.

Fail. We have been to this location 4 times, the first two visits were good but the 3^rd and final were horrible! The third visit we got trapped in the drive thru and had to wait over 30 minutes before even getting to the window. When we placed our order the guy said one minute for your total. Waited and waited, finally said «hello?» And a new guy said yes can I take your order? Wth, this was after they were out of both of our first choices. Last night we had a friend from out of town who wanted Panda Express so we stopped dispute our better judgement, bad idea. Once again we waited forever in the drive thru, got to ordering and they were out of ²⁄₃ of our orders. Made another selection and when we got to the window the lady said were out of that now too… They didn’t know this when we were ordering?! Very disorganized, and no sense of decent customer service. Bad news bears.

Eck. Came in at 12:30pm and they were out of the dish I wanted and those that they had were old. The rice was crunchy in my teeth cuz it was old. Employees were very helpful and fast though.

Woo whee this place is expensive. For pre-​made cheap Chinese food under a hot lamp my wife and I spent nearly $ 25! The food is ok but the prices are outrageous.

I’ve been to may fair share of Panda’s and it’s sad that our own is really hit and miss, I’ve had only a few times where I have my sauce I’ve requested on the side. They could take a bit more care of the location it seems. I still go there, but it is a tad on the bad side. service could use some work as well. The food, and prices are good, and that’s why we keep going back.

Panda with no soup? What kind of Chinese rest is that? No bueno. Atleast some wonton soup. Asian lady said «we don’t even have soup» that’s crazy. Oh well

Have been a few times for lunch, and they were pretty busy. Had pretty fast service and the food was good.

With the exception we waited for about 10 – 15 minutes in the drive thru, and the employees being just short of mentally handicap… the food was really good, tasted fresh. The employees don’t seem to have a clue what is on their simple menu. Asked for pot stickers, one of them had no clue. Would have been quicker to go inside.

Panda Express in Maricopa is alot better than in Casa Grande. Love it!!!

I love the convenience of panda express and although we have not been happy at other panda expresses, everything we got here was delicious!
