Not a good experience at ALL! Walked in on a weekday in early afternoon. There was no wait, so we were sat right away. Only to find out there were only 4 employees here. 2 doing nails, 2 doing pedi’s. So I sat with my feet in the water getting pickled while my friend enjoyed her feet getting fickled. Angry vacationer.

I went to another nail salon in Maricopa last Friday to get gel nails for myself for my birthday: it was a DISASTER! They put acrylic down first (very thick & poorly) then layered gel polish over. I was very unhappy but decided to just suck it up. By Tuesday, my actual birthday, I was still super unhappy & decided to get it right. I’d read really good reviews for KJ Nails & called that same day. Ken answered the phone & said YES, they could fix it for me. I got to the salon a couple hours later & spent some quality time with Ken. He did a great job! He took off the mess I came into the salon with & really listened to what I wanted. I left his workstation & salon a little over an hour later, THRILLED with the results and so glad I decided to end the suffering! I’ll be coming back for my future nail needs, that’s certain — thanks, Ken!

I love this place. All the people are so nice and welcoming and this place is actually clean compared to other nail salons I have been too in maricopa.

I was referred by my friend Vickie to see Ann and she was amazing! My nails look great and she was efficient. I will be back for sure. Thanks Ann!

This is my 3^rd time to this nail salon and until today I have had good experience… I walked in today and the lady that normally does my nails decided to take the person who walked in after me (apparently she is more regular than I am) so I got shifted to the guy team in there he put the most generic design on my fingernails didn’t even ask me what I WANTED! Then off to the pedicure chair to get the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life!!! The guy dumps straight acetone on the bottom of my feet and scrubs my feet with acetone I said DO NOT do that and he looked at me like I was irrational .in all the years I have gotten pedicures I have never had my feet scrubbed with acetone! Needless to say these people just lost me as a customer very poor customer service in there today thank god nail salons are a dime a dozen and I have a choice to go somewhere else! If u do go into this salon do not let the older man with glasses do your pedicure unless u prefer having your feet scrubbed with acetone … The lady’s in there are more friendly and do a great job and ask what you want done the men are just in a hurry to get the next client in! Very unprofessional when people are paying a lot of money for your service!

I like this nail salon, and have been going here ever since I moved to the area, about one year ago. The salon itself is sparkling clean (which is so important when nails are involved) The owner, Ken, takes care of my nails and they look and feel amazing. I get a lot of compliments on my nails, and I owe it all to Ken.
This place rocks!
