Dunkin’ Donuts

Love Dunkin donuts. Wife went to HARRAHS am chin Dunkin donuts to pick up donuts. First time visiting the. store. Brought home a dozen donuts. Not only were they the worst donuts we had ever eaten there was not a fresh one in the bunch. All 12 were stale. We live in Maricopa and would never walk into that Dunkin donuts shop again. No way they could not know they were selling or getting rid of stale donuts. Good luck purchasing your donuts there. They don’t deserve 1 star

All stick and no carrot:
They won’t even let the customer add their own cream and sugar. The two cups of coffee that I did purchased were way too sweet and couldn’t even taste the coffee. The coffee at the local gas station was better and $ 1.00 cheaper.
Coupons or promotional offers? Don’t bother bringing them… «Currently, the restaurant at 15 406 N Maricopa Rd Maricopa, AZ is not participating in the DDPerks program. Therefore, any purchases made there would not accrue points, and previously-​earned rewards would not be applicable for purchases at that location.»
«Fine print» and «exclusions» only offends customers and pushes them away.

We love Dunkin Donuts but the staff here are impatient and really quite rude. I won’t go back to this location. I will keep going to the Dunkin Donuts in Chandler if I want a donut and coffee. Very disappointing. We heard they were opening and were very excited but cashier had a sour face and attitude and the guy getting our donuts was very impatient with a hurry up and get out of our line kind of attitude!!! UGH!!!
