Terrible experience — made appt to have Mirena iud removed — was asked if I’d like to go ahead and get my annual at the same time — when I came to the appt they stated they didn’t have an iud removal in my notes and couldn’t do it — when I came back to have an ultra sound guided removal I was told they could not remove it — I was in pain & bleeding — I was told the iud was not in my uterus but probably had penetrated the wall & I would need to be cut in 3 places so they could fish for it — went to another dr who gave me meds to take before & after & was able to get the iud which was right where it should be in my uterus — please do not trust these people with your body!
