He was a horrible flake with us. He came out to our home to give us a quote for putting in a water softener. He gave us a quote and he said we could pick up our preferred system, call him, and he would be back to get it installed in 3 days or so. Maybe he wanted to sell us his softener which was smaller but used the same brand components for $ 300 more, I can’t say but he never returned our calls when we called him as he said he would. This was horrible and put us in a bind to find another plumber.
That is one scary guy. What is he had done work for us, we relied on him, had an emergency and he just decided he didn’t feel like coming out. WOW!!!

I had a plumbing issue that was pretty… um…awkward. APS handled it quickly and charged very reasonably. I would definitely recommend them. You don’t have to worry about being overcharged and I love supporting family business!
