In this day of companies with shoddy communication and service like GEICO, Macy’s, Cox, FastMed, Banner Baywood, this company shocked the heck out of me and my family. Shane was at my door within 15 minutes of my call. Wow! Our central air that was bought from them in early summer 2013, konked out Friday after dinner. I waited until Saturday morning to call them, thinking, perhaps, that the compressor may have frozen up. What a warm, albeit hot, night that was. Shane found the problem fast, replaced the part, and cool air pleasantly wafted throughout our home less than an hour after our call. Now THAT is the best in customer service that I have ever seen. Three cheers for Absolute Air. Make that four cheers! They prevented baked or broiled humans! Lesson: shop locally and research reviews. Ahhhhh… it’s so nice inside.

They are very quick and efficient with the work. We have rentals out of state and he is able to handle issues immediately. If he can’t get to it he will recommend someone who can. He is a great communicator via phone or text and uses quality products with warranties.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I am out of state and my tenant called in a panic that the A.C. went out in 110 degree weather. I called a competitor of Absolute Air Comfort first and they confirmed same day appointment. Long story short, they messed up their scheduling and cancelled our appointment without telling me. The only reason I found out was because a family member who was meeting them at the house called them to confirm. I called Shane at Absolute Air in a panic as my tenant arranged to be there at a certain time and he was completely booked but managed to shift things around to squeeze me in with only 3 hours notice in the middle of summer. The communication and service was excellent! He had it fixed right away and at a fair price. Paying the invoice online was also extremely efficient and easy… right from my phone. I will use Absolute Air for all of my future A.C. needs! Thank you Shane!!!

Called for service, gentleman called me back and advised would be able to come out to my house for a service call, said he would call me back to get my address and tell me what time he would be to my house later that afternoon, not only did he never call me back to confirm, he never showed up of course causing me to waste a whole day in a blazing hot house, not wanting to leave my house because I didn’t want to service tech to call and I not be home, I called the company to check and no answer, and in still haven’t got a response just to say sorry for not following through, If the company couldn’t get to me that day a simple courtesy call explaining that would of been appreciated and I could of made arrangements for a different company to help me, pretty disappointed because as homeowner in Maricopa i wanted to give a local company my business.

This company has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was treated fairly given the right product, not overcharged, and respected. I had made the mistake of not calling them at first when I had a problem this year with my old AC unit. I had called a friend’s company thinking that I was going to be treated like you should be. When they come out they left a leak thefirst time and when they came out again they had actually taken out a safety unit for my AC and killed my AC unit. A lot of companies promises they deliver or are quality. The problem is the most companies just slap things together and don’t take the time to actually review your house and find out what you really need. That being said I am severely happy with how they handled it. This company was just amazing is the only words I can say my house is cooler, the temperature drops in immediately after the AC unit turned on. It’s Quieter It’s More Peaceful and Most Important My Wife Is happy. Thank you Shane so much for helping me. I am going to refer everybody to you.
