Tommy’s Auto Glass

I have had several windshields repaired and/​or replaced by Tommy’s Glass over the years. They have always been friendly, prompt and professional. They do excellent work and stand behind it. I highly recommend them!

I’m in the Military stationed in Biloxi on the Keesler AFB and I was home visiting family and had some work done on my car and they messed up the windshield, but they immediately set me up with this company to get it replaced. AWESOME!

So I went in and dropped off my car the day before I had to return to my command. They installed a windshield with a hand print in between the 2 pieces of glass. Ok, factory issue and they didn’t catch it until later. So I arranged to drive all the way back to Marianna from Biloxi to have it fixed. I wouldn’t mind seeing my mother and little nephew again.
So 2 weeks later they installed another windshield. This one was ALSO defective. It had a huge swirl on the passenger side! So, yet again I had to make a trip back to Marianna to have the windshield replaced yet AGAIN! So after spending an extra $ 200+ in gas coming back and forth from Biloxi, MS I have a good windshield.
My biggest issue with all this is the lack of quality control. If you’re selling GLASS! Then you should know that you need to INSPECT GLASS for defects. It’s a product your are producing for profit. Do your job better. If it was my job/​career I would be more attentive to detail on things like that. Especially a windshield since it could be a safety issue and come back as a law suit. That’s just me though.
