Horrible!!! I didnt think I would need to tell someone how to do their job but obviously I was wrong. I assumed that the girl documented the place in the window where it appeared a rock had hit it… I was WRONG! I didn’t realize I would need to explain to her how to do her job. Upon returning the car which they reinspected in alot more detail and time than which she took (it took her about 30 sec) the guy comes in and says that place wasn’t there and you are responsible for it. Ummm… No we are not… it’s not our fault that your employees don’t take the time to properly do their job & document the important things and just try to push things off on innocent people. Make sure you inspect, document, and take pictures of anything wrong with cars from there because the employees sure will not.

I flew into Marianna and the car was waiting for me as promised. The car was clean and ready to go. The return was hassle free. They were a pleasure to do business with, I would rent from these folks any day.
