horrific company stay away at all costs all the reviewers are correct!

How is this place still in business? They need to be investigated by the attorney general for there practices! Just look all over the Internet at there reviews they are crooks. They will give you a quote one day not do all the work and try to raise the price the next day and want cash so you can’t try to get it done right. And if you don’t agree to pay the extra money they try to extort the will purposely cause damage to your house (drill hole in the gutters, throw all the dirt from the gutters on your patio and leave it. Unfortunately my wife did not look at everything on the internet! n

Spent good money having gutters and downspouts installed; however, they installed the exactly across from my neighbors. When I called them to move the one that was causing flooding (Karim) who was happy to take our money refuses to return his calls!

I can’t believe I am just now finding out what a lousy company this place is and I Unilocal everything! I’ve had the same problem everyone is reporting. One end of a gutter is pulling away from the facia so I called them to get it repaired. Called on 11−23−15, left message. Call returned 11−24−15 & female said she would add me to the repair list but that Kevin would be calling me. I was busy with other matters when I realized a week had gone by and Kevin never had called. I called back again on 12−1−15 to leave another message and Kevin called me back later that day. He asked me lots of questions about my order, when it was installed, etc, like he didn’t trust me. He even said my name didn’t sound familiar to him. Finally, he said he would have the repair crew come on Dec 7 or 8. It’s now Dec 8 in the evening and I’ve been home both days, all day long, and no one has ever shown up. I guess I’ll be calling him again tomorrow.

Absolute worst company you can deal with. Obviously I should have done more research before hiring them. I had the work done over a year ago but one of the gutters is coming down and even after continuous phone calls, no one has called me back to come fix it even though the work is «guaranteed». My complaint is exactly the same as every other bad review on this page. I wish I did more homework before I hired them, which I usually do. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire them.

Found their address in Ft Pierce, but have multiple listings. This should have been a sign. Paid for a service that was NOT done. Had to call twice to get someone to come out for an estimate. Jennifer finally came out and quoted my plaza $ 950 to do 5 items from her quote. The company came out the next day and only popped the drains out of the gutters. They did not do the other 4 items listed on Jennifer’s quote. I paid in full at the time of service and did not find out until it rained the next day that the services were NOT done. I called 4 times until Jennifer finally called me back with only excuses. Jennifer sent her 2 guys out a week later and they told me that Jennifer obviously did not inspect the gutters before giving the quote. I told them I either need a refund or need the work completed that I was quoted for AND paid for. They said they would call Jennifer and let me know in 5 minutes what her answer was. I guess Jennifer told them to leave because I went back out to find out the answer and they were GONE. This company is a scam and should have their business license revoked.

This is not a honest company. This company is more concerned about collecting money than proper work on clients homes. There is something shady about how this company operates. Spare yourself a lot of stress and go to a decent company.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not under any circumstances use this company. They will put the gutters up and you will never, ever hear from them again even though the gutters were not installed properly. They will say that someone will call you back but they will not. 6 weeks and counting, repeated calls to the office and yet… no one has called to help me. I normally do better research to find service companies but I did not with this. The BBB has given them an «F» rating because of all the unanswered complaints. I will spread this message far and wide.

The WORST customer services ever! We had our gutters installed by this company and they guarantee their work. They had to come out once to fix it already and now we have broken gutters again and we have been calling since May 29 to have it fixed and as of June 7 they have not come out to fix. We call and get told we will get a call back and never do. We were promised that they would come on Friday and they did not come and then they promised they would come on Saturday, they never showed up and we did not get any calls. Do not get your gutters by this company.
