What a nightmare/​disaster of an experience that isn’t over 6 months after signing up. Three trips by them to set it up. System has never worked right, and now I have to get ADT to come in and redo the installation. The guy from ADT was shocked to see how they installed the system, and said he will need to redo the entire system the right way.
They said they would do everything to set up with police and fire, but they didn’t do it.
They said $ 99 rebate for installation, but the moron who set up the system didn’t bring the paperwork, said he’d send the rebate form, and I got it after the deadline.
The keypad they took off my wall was the one that ADT recommends, and said the one I have is garbage.
Honestly, just sign up directly through ADT or someone else. Do not use this company. Look them up online. So many people have had problems.
