Best papa johns i have had. They actually make what you order the way you want it! Thank you!

I placed an online order to this store (verified) and I decided to pick it up. It was about 30 mins before closing, I was there on time and they told me they have no record of my order (despite an order number, email confirmation). I said ok and left.
They still charged my card $ 13.50, and I did not get anything. Manager refused to refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Commercial or corporate pizza is pretty much the same, short of some dolt burning your pie it’s going to taste the same in Florida as it does in North Dakota.
In our house ordering pizza is normally NOT a planned activity. It usually occurs after working in the yard all day, or running around doing stuff and then we notice it’s 7:00 PM and no one has bothered to think about dinner.
At 7:00 PM it’s too late to thaw anything so all thoughts turn to pizza. Papa John’s wins most of the time, and one of the reasons it wins is because you can normally find a discount code or they’re running a promo.
The other reason is that they deliver it quick, most times in less than 30 minutes.

1 extra star for the always quick delivery, and never getting an order of ours wrong.

zero stars. ordered by phone 1−12−14.
picked it up at 6:20 pm, pizza cold… box barely warm when she handed it to me… i handed it back and asked for a hot fresh pizza.
staff refused. i opened it in front of her and touched it.
barley warm and almost no meat even though i paid extra.
lousy, no quality control and they really could care less.

While a local pizza joint will usually make a better pizza, Papa John’s is consistent every location I’ve been to so you can count on what you’ll get. I like the well done, thin crust best. Fast and tasty, just not really traditional NY Pizza. Better than other chains.

wanted to write an update– on new years day, ordered a pizza, waited and waited, called, put on hold, apologized to, order was free, pizza came about a hour later in total. got a call the following day by the manager, apologizing, saying they were swamped and made a mistake. he credited my account w 2 free pizzas, so I got 3 free pizzas in total. now thats what I call awesome customer service. A+ for this manager
