update: day later after posting they’ve agreed to fix the rest on monday, thank you Unilocal

My mom backed into my car & since she owns both cars her insurance would only fix hers. That’s when I found out that my insurance company messed up & I somehow didn’t have collision on my car so all repairs had to be made out of pocket. My mom’s insurance referred me to Gary’s & I’m happy they did. The owner is great! Funny & knows his cars. He gave me a great quote, far less than we expected. While it did take longer than expected to fix, I appreciate the care they took. The fender they got wasn’t fitting right so they sent it back. The headlight filled with moisture so they sent it back. They made sure my car was fixed right!
When I picked it up, they were still finishing up but they were washing my car & even vacuumed it for me! Hope I never need them again, but if I do I’ll definitely use Gary’s.

My car was vandalized and I was referred to this shop per my insurance and while it took quite a while to get it done because of the many items that had to be prepared the staff was very friendly. Rosie provided constant updates to me via phone. I had to rent a car for the duration of my repair and because of the amount of time it took while they didn’t have to Gary’s refunded me a $ 100 to help pay for the rental fees. This shop reminds me of the ones in my small hometown with great customer service and even better car work. Hopefully I won’t need to see them in the future but if I do need service theres no other place I would consider going. Thanks Gary’s!
The only negative comment I will say is that I was a little disappointed to find that my car had past zero gas in it, however given the great service I’m willing to over look it.
