If you like bugs, then this is your place. I’m literally grossed out beyond belief. Got a sandwich at the drive thru, and a roach crawled out from my sandwich wrapper. I’m truly disgusted. When I called the manager, she didn’t even care that I called, nor did she offer a refund. I threatened to contact the health department, and she could give a $%@&! Never again! This was my go to, on the way to work each day. Never again!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

After coming back here a couple times since my last review, i have to say im very pleased with the service now. I see they have more staff who are really friendly. They get my order right every time and even let’s me know about specials whether I’m at drive thru or in the store.
The lines move much faster at drive thru, although you may get caught behind the customer who has no idea what they want but other than that, its much much better experience.

Still never recieved a call or email from the owner and havent been back they are opening a drive thru Starbucks closer to my house and still on the way to the hwy so im sure you’ll be losing business!

I think this location might be under new management as of late. I used to go to this one during the week before and after school because it was right off the highway. Went today… Not so good. The line went fast, my order was take quickly and efficiently — I asked for specifics as to how my coffee was made. But when the lady gave me my change, there were 2 cents I was supposed to get that she didn’t give me. I didn’t make a stink about 2 cents, but that adds up if they do that kind of thing to people on a regular basis! The sandwich I got was good, but there were no napkins in the bag (not sure if that’s standard, but I’ve always had them do it).

Again Dunkin’ Donuts at 5000 West Atlantic Blvd. in Margate the last three mornings I’ve been overcharged I asked for a senior citizen number four sandwich only please I do not receive the senior citizen discount

Horrible service! been to this place a ton of times and never had the worst service I’ve had today. the girl at the drive thru moved at the speed of a turtle and on top of that while I’m in the drive thru she’s conversing with her coworkers and says for real bitch! meanwhile 20 minutes later there is a line behind me like you wouldn’t believe.

This is my favorite DD ever
Drive thru line gets long but it moves VERY quick.
They have by far the friendliest staff ever.
And most importantly my cup of coffee is always great here.
All DDs are not created the same.

Worst drive thru ever. Not for dunkin donuts. Worst, slowest drive thru. Just watch at 7−8am line goes up to Atlantic blvd.
They take your order at drive thru call box then one more time at window when I pulled my car there.
Also crew s not friendly.
I d prefer to go 7⁄11 just across to street.

I like this particular location. Its Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins combined. It has a drive-​thru that’s quick and never gets my order wrong. I go here about 3 – 4 times a week for my coffee fix.
