Raining hard today. No customers on line at all so I pull up to the window to place my order.
Drive thru guy tells me I have to pull forward and then back up because I didn’t give my order at the menu board, in the rain.
Idiotic.
No guest /​customer relations.
I drove off without buying anything.

Food is horrible it is horribly made and sloppy also uncooked need new employees there they’re rude I order two fry lover burgers and a large fry and all my orders was sloppy and uncooked after a couple bites I ended up vomiting need to be under new management and new employees its been a couple time where I’ve gone and ordered and food is horrible my last time going back no more checkers for me I won’t recommend anybody to head there they don’t care about you or what they give u to eat it don’t have to be perfect but at least cooked

This place is awful. Every single time I’ve come here the drive thru employee was rude and/​or got my order wrong then accused me of lying when I told them they got the order wrong as opposed to simply apologizing. I also never get a receipt when I go here, which I find odd. Great food but the awful employees make the place not worth coming to.

Ive been going to this locations for couple years. The food i get is always tasty, not super oily as other fast food places. My orders are taken in a good mannered, fast service & in a kind way. The food always taste delicious, and just what i need when you just want to forget your troubles lol Always satisfied here!
