Not a fan. Came in to cancel an insurance plan on one of the phones and the associate told us no problem, it’s cancelled. Three months later, we realize we are still getting billed and apparently it’s a third party insurance that we have to call in to cancel ourselves. What was the point of going there and why was misinformation given? Don’t like it when people waste my time.

Snarky, brusque staff.
Just paid my bill. Male staffer ignored the bill I had in hand in order to look up my balance so he could inform me what was printed on the bill.
When I told him I knew the balance from seeing the bill he remarks,
’…that’s what I said’.
huh?
He asks for my credit card, even though there’s a card transaction device bolted to his desk.
After the card transaction he tosses my credit card onto the end of his desk, no eye contact.
He prints a receipt, no thank you… nothing.
The staff at this location makes you feel like your a burdensome welfare
recipient, not a CUSTOMER.
