All Custom Creations and Jerry are as good as it gets! I had Somfy motorized blinds that stopped working while it was half open, half closed. the light came in from outside all night long and I didn’t sleep for over 1 week. I desperately called another company who charged me $ 275 before they would even come out. Once the guy came out he didn’t know what was wrong & told me he’d have to send out 2 men, take it down & take it to the shop to replace the motor which would take 3 – 4 weeks. Jerry came out and within 3 minutes fixed the blinds without taking them down. He really knows his stuff. They were put up 4 years ago and he still stood by his work & didn’t even charge me a penny. I wish all companies in South Florida were this reputable!
