I love this little cute Place. Pamela is so nice and sweet .they don’t have the biggest selection but then again it’s a small store so for a small store they have good options. I have no complaints because anything that I need from a health food store I can find there :-) and I love accumulating my 10% off so definitely get a Loyalty card

For such a small store, they really pack it in fantastically! I have traveled across the country and have never been to a store so well thought out (and I am picky!) New, inventive items, salt free, raw foods, healthy — AND all of the other stuff, too. You can get produce here and the prices are right inline… a top contender NATIONWIDE!!!

The owner is well versed in gluten free items and the store is well stocked. They will order items you need if they are not readily available. The only drawback would be finding a parking space in the summer months.

Walking distance from my brother & sister-in-law’s beach house, this is definitely my go to spot for vegan snacks while down the shore. I was there twice this weekend, picked up a lot of goodies. They have Daiya & Vegenaise… really, need I say more? Oh, I do? OK. Lots of organic products, including a small but solid selection of organic produce.
I met both Pamela (the owner, I assume) & Laura. Both were incredibly friendly, & I was impressed to see that they obviously are on a 1st name basis with their regular customers. Also, they have a rewards program, spend $ 100, then get 10% off your next order (I think – I’ll find out for sure July 4th weekend).
I am SO thankful this shop exists. YAY for Pamela’s!

So glad to find a store that caterers to healthy eating at the beach since it often seems impossible. Pamela has a great variety of vegan, veg and gluten free. She always has fresh produce on hand (i.e. organic kale, tomatoes in the summer) and anything you need to create a delicious meal. If you are looking for healthy alternatives, you can definitely find them at her store. I am more than happy to support a local business but a healthy one at that. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend Pamela’s.

Bright cheerful shop, that classic health store smell.
They have gluten free baking goods, flours, soy products, vitamins, shampoos, pet products, all kinds of organic chocolate, special crackers, seeds, dried fruits, faux dairy and a few frozen selections. It’s good if you want something special and you don’t want to drive to Shoprite or Bön Terra. Very friendly owner who understands good service and good customer programs.
This is not where I’d buy a bag of organic apples and other bulky things.
If you’re not sure they’d have something, call first.
