100% recommend hiring Bill and his team. They were friendly and professional and the food was EXCELLENT. We had a tough crowd to please in Avalon with friends joining our wedding from NYC and LA. Everyone commented on the food and service/​servers at the rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch. Bill set our minds at ease and was a huge help throughout the process of selecting our menu and arranging tables, seating, food and bar set up. I highly recommend Nobil.
