Just had a take out order. I guess they moved that over to the breakfast place. Side note the breakfast place is amazing but $$$ for eggs. Anyway we ordered a pie and garlic knots. Garlic knots was half cooked. The pizza was a little greasy and it didn’t taste the same. I am thinking it’s the new take out kitchen. No more take out from this place. I will eat inside again.

Good, not great, but very good. You rarely get good italian this part of fla, or for that matter anywhere in fla, but this was a pleasant find. Server was good. Nice ambiance. Good menu

My grandparents told me I had to try this place. I’m glad they did. Amazing food! Garlic knots are a must. We got a Stromboli and were very impressed. Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this place is the patio. But that’s about it. The lunch pizza special is ok. Pizza was good but nothing to rave about. We also order the Frazelle. I assumed based on the description it was an antipasto salad. But there is no lettuce with this. It comes on a VERY hard piece of bread. Server was basic. Not bad or good. Just did her job with no small talk of any kind.

We were going to another spot, but was not impress. So we walked over and glad we did. It was clean, the staff was great, the food was absolutely delicious. We got a traditional 5 meat pizza, ceaser salad, knots, and my favorite lasagna. I love the ambiance, but I just can’t say enough about the food. We will definitely be back! Thank you to your team at Joey’s and our great waitress Serinna, you rock!

Tried this place because it seemed really open and air-y.(Is that even a word?) Anyways, I won’t lie. I’m a huge Jets fan, my boyfriend is a huge Dolphins fan and at the time it was Football Sunday and we needed a place with lots of TVs to watch our respective games. Really neat place in the middle of Marco Island. Good atmosphere. Friendly Service. Everyone was pretty attentive, but that might have been because we sat at the bar and that’s just usually how it goes. Only downside was that food took WAY. TOO. LONG. Abhorrently long time. You know that feeling when you’re way past starving and aren’t even that hungry anymore? Yeah… My boyfriend and I ordered a half and half pizza. Half prosciutto for him, half pineapple for me! For the most part it was pretty good, but it took so long that I don’t feel like I thoroughly enjoyed it as much as I should have. Drink prices were pretty fair here as well. Definitely a spot that I would take my family here(as we often do come to M.I. regularly) one day for some pizza and drinks.

Food is good. Ordered a salad over the phone. I did not have a menu, and asked what kind they had. When I got it home it contained many HOT peppers. Tried picking them off, but the juice had contaminated everything and I could not eat the salad. I called to explain what had happened, and was told in the salad description hot peppers was in bold letters. I told her I did not have a menu several times. Very disappointed in the service. I feel they are too busy to have a concern over customer satisfaction.

Wonderful place to eat when in Marco Island! Service can be slow… it’s always packed and parking is a nightmare. The first time we had the pizza which was excellent! The seconds time I had a salad with chicken on it and the garlic knots, again very good! Definitely recommend

I ate here with my parents the other night, and it was GREAT. The place was packed to the max! You know thats a good sign when you’re trying out a new place. There were plenty of seats and the bar seemed pretty cozy and inviting. We started out with the garlic knots which were probably the best I’ve ever had. They weren’t oily, and there was no overkill of garlic. They were baked just right! My family and I ordered a margarita pizza and oh sweet baby jesus, it tasted so fresh! The crust was surprisingly crispy. I’ve never eaten a crust like that. We finished off our meal with their cannoli and chocolate cake. Both were delicious(Best cannoli I’ve ever had!) and they’re all made in house! Nothing gets me more excited than dessert that’s allegedly made in house and actually tastes like it. Only reason why I don’t give this 5 stars is because I want to see how their other Italian dishes taste. I love pizza but I can’t give the 5 stars just off of the pizza. See you soon real Joey’s Pizza!

My boyfriend and I loved joeys ! Our friends who vacationed in Marco island recommended it to us and I’m glad they did. We are from Chicago so to see the Chicago sports flags out In front of the restaurant was great! Last time we were in Marco island we ordered Joeys during a big rain storm. The food came so fast even though it was a monsoon. We ordered a pizza, a big salad, and a chicken sandwich. Everything was amazing and the pizza tastes like we were back in Chicago !! The salad was huge and so fresh. Very decent prices and huge portions. We had leftovers for 2 days after ! Can’t wait to visit Marco island again and stop by Joeys. Would love to eat inside there next time.

The deep dish pizza is awesome! We called one night and they told us it was going to be 1 hour for a pick up pizza… which was ridiculous, but the pizza itself was great! They have a nice separate pick up window which makes things easier than having to wait inside and get all confused. I would recommend this pizza to anyone!

Ate at Joey on a Monday night early January, was still fairly busy. They have outdoor and open air bar seating. A few tvs in the bar. We got a large pep pizza and a house salad. Salad was pretty good and large. Definitely enough to share. Pizza was solid, a little greasy. Solid draft beer selection. Id go back

We had their thick crust pizza, garlic bread with cheese and chocolate cake– all were AMAZING! The thick crust was literally 3 inches thick and so tasty. Service was great as well.

What a great night! We went hoping to watch the Blackhawks game and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and had great service. We ordered the stuffed artichoke — which was just ok… kind of tepid and very breaded — super filling. We came for the pizza and it was just as good as we expected, got the joeys special — super thin and amazing. We loved it. This is a great place. We will be back!

We had a very nice lunch here the day after Christmas. My daughters and I are gluten free and they were very accommodating. I had baked ziti with gluten free pasta(a real treat since most restaurants permanent baked ziti and won’t prepare a dedicated gf serving). One of my daughters wanted gf Pasta with vodka sauce and they also made that work with existing children menu options. My other daughter wanted a gf mushroom pizza and that was pretty good too– the cheese was perfect and the mushrooms tasty. The price was fair at $ 16 as well.

I have been to Joey’s many times and only recently discovered all of the great dishes other than their pizza which is well know on the island. The philly cheese steak, the chicken parm sandwich, and the meatball hoagie sub, all great choices. The staff is always great, the restaurant is clean, and I have never had an extended wait. I love Joey’s Pizza and always look forward to a few visits during our yearly trip to Marco.

Love this place whenever I visit my parents. Chicago is known for deep dish but actual Chicagoans know that we really like thin crust. The«Joey’s Way» pizza(extra thin with cheese and sausage) is fantastic. I got one once with pepperoni but it came a bit too greasy for my tastes. Joey’s way is the way to go. Also, the bartender on weekday evenings is really cool, knows his sports and makes fun conversation.

Terrific hand tossed thin crust pizza. They also serve thick crust Sicilian style and another very thin crust to suit all tastes. Fresh homemade pasta dishes. Portions are huge. Everyone in our group brought home enough for a second meal. Waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking lot is small, but you can park next door also and walk over. Nice open air bar with several tvs to catch a game.

I have been coming to Marco Island close to 30 years now and we are on a week getaway to enjoy the island and soak up the sun. We arrived in town last night(Friday) and after almost a 24 hour drive we needed something quick and easy so we decided on pizza. Even though Joey’s has been on the island for as long as I can remember we try and stay away from pizza places and enjoy seafood and fresh produce during our stay but last night was an exception We ordered a large thin-crust pepperoni and an order of the garlic cheesy bread from the menu that came in a shade under 25 dollars. I ordered pick up and they said to come in 25 minutes. I arrived later and the place was PACKED, lots and lots of tourists hanging on the inside and out. I walked up to the front and said I had a pickup and the hostess who seemed to be high(completely not interested in working) lazily directed me to the side of the building where they have a carryout window, which was quick and easy. Now to the food. We started with the cheesy garlic bread, nothing special, just normal french bread with a slices of mozzarella melted on top and lots and lots of GARLIC. We dug into the pizza next which was a NY style(a large is 8 slices). The pizza itself was tasty, it was seasoned and baked well and was nice and crunchy. I felt that the pizza was topped with enough toppings and they don’t skimp on that part but the pizza could have used more sauce and also more cheese. I would recommend if you’re in the mood for pizza to stop by Joey’s. I obviously did not experience the full dining experience but it was good, not great but good. Definitely a tasty pizza but nothing that will blow your socks off.
