Executive Auto Repair Of Marco

Executive Auto is my go to for any auto repairs in Collier County. I have even brought my mom’s car from Naples to the shop. The have worked on a number of repairs on my Jaguar from alignment, to air conditioning as well as replacing radiators, tires and batteries. They have always been extremely honest and professional and their charges have been more than reasonable. The customer service is better than you would find at virtually all car dealerships. In short, I would highly recommend them without qualification to anyone in need of car repairs.

I brought my car in for a sound on the rear wheel (bearing). They proceeded to charge me $ 1000’s to repair other «problems» and never fixed the original. After talking to other friends, the same thing happened to them for even more money ($ 6,000, $ 10,000). Another mechanic fixed my original problem for under $ 500.
Beware.

I was visiting Marco Island and driving my dad’s car when I got a flat tire. He just got new tires on the car so I didn’t want to drive on the flat. I called a tow truck to come and put air in the tire so I could at least make it to a mechanic. (both the tire and the spare were flat) The tow truck driver was rude and arrogant. He charged me $ 30 to put air in the tire and it was flat again by the time he left. If having two flat tires wasn’t enough to put you in a bad mood, the cranky tow truck drive was icing on the cake. My neighbor told me to go see Henry at Executive Auto. She said that she calls him the one and only Henry because he is so wonderful. After driving on the flat spare to fill it up, I drove to see Henry. No joke, he literally opened my car door for me as I pulled up. I told him that I had a flat and that I thought it was just the little air valve that was broke. He assured me that he would have me out of there as soon as possible. It was no more than 10 minutes and he pulled the car back around and shook my hand. I asked him how much and he said it was an easy fix and that it was on the house. I was beside myself. I wish there was a auto repair shop like Executive Auto in Seattle where I live. For those of you in Marco, I would hands down recommend Henry and his team.

An update on my experiences with Executive Auto is definitely warranted. I already gave them 5 stars before but now I wish I could given them 10 for saving me from a potentially very dangerous issue with my car. I appreciate that when I go in, I feel like they are really looking out for me. This time, I went in for an oil change. They not only checked and filled my fluids but they did a decent overview of the vehicle. They came in and gave me a summary of when I would likely need front brakes, rear brakes, and tires… typical maintenance things that I need to keep in mind in the coming months but no need to deal with now. But then they broke the news that there was indeed an urgent situation. Scott walked me out to give me a little tour underneath my car. He showed me that he could easily wiggle my front passenger wheel. He pointed out the ball joints and axle, demonstrating the areas of concern. I don’t know cars, but I know that I was driving around on a ticking time bomb. They gave me a simple printout for an estimate.
The following day, I arrived in the morning. Jeff and Henry greeted me and we’re ready to take care of me today. I didn’t have anyone to help with picking me up so Jeff arranged for a guy to take me from the shop to home and return again in the afternoon at no extra cost to me. My car was ready in less time than expected and I paid about $ 75 less than the estimate.
Thanks to Jeff, Scott, Henry and the rest of the team. As a woman, sometimes it is hard to trust auto shops, but I know I am in good hands here.

I had my suburban serviced at executive auto repairs today. Brakes replaced, oil changed. They were fast, courteous and professional. We will be back with any repairs that our truck needs. Highly recommend.

While on vacation the rental car tire picked up a nail. Executive Auto helped us quickly and professionaly. The even made sure the 3 year old in our party got a free coloring book and crayons to make the 30 minute repair time a little easier. They appear to have a good local reputation as well. Recommended.
