This review is way overdue! Village Pharmacy has been the most accommodating, flexible, kind and helpful pharmacy! Both Elliot and Sabino are wonderful, happy to help untangle insurance issues, call doctor offices, cut pills, deliver and ship prescriptions, call me with reminders — exceptional customer service! With all the meds in our family, Village Pharmacy is a gem!

Caught in the middle of an insurance trap, I was desperate to get a refill of expensive medicine for diabetes. After hours of frustration, the local Council on Aging in town made a call to Village Pharmacy. There they downloaded a coupon and made it possible to get a refill at once at no charge. Thanks Village!

This is both the best and the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It depends on who is working. One pharmacist is incredible. Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The other is rude, arrogant and, quite frankly, upsetting to be around if you aren’t feeling well. And the staff runs the gambit from being the best to the worst. I know I will never deal with the rude pharmacist again. I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I moved to the area several years ago as I dislike the large chain pharmacies. I just don’t know if I’ll use this pharmacy again after dealing with the unlovlies
