I called Presto in the fall for an estimate and was told to call back in the spring. I called in April to set up an appointment for an estimate and scheduled May 10 between 10:30 and 11:30. I called at 11:45 when no one had shown up. After a few calls I was told since the work was outside, the person would come by later that day and do the estimate. When I hadn’t heard anything by May 16th, I called and left a message. I have not received a return call and it’s May 22. Obviously this company does not need any new business.
