I am having a very poor experience with this hotel so far. I got stuck behind a wreck which made me arrive around 10:30 at night. I booked on Priceline so I thought I would be all set. When I arrived I was hit with a $ 20 pet fee. I booked requesting a pet friendly hotel and have never had to pay a pet fee before and I always notify the hotel that I have a pet when traveling with them. I refused to pay this fee on principle. There was no indication that any of the hotels would charge a fee for pets nor do they say how much. After refusing to pay the hotel owner threatened to kick us out of the room if we did not pay the fee. Tell me up front that this could be an option and fine I can choose to pick this option or go another route, but there is no indication that there will be a fee or how much. When I received confirmation from Priceline there was no reference to a $ 20 pet fee, but they do provide an option to upgrade your room to a microwave or wifi. So if they do that why not say you charge for pets and how much. Although even then after its booked it’s too late. And then to threaten a guest that your going to kick them out. I will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again. And don’t get me started on Pricelines lack of service loyal customers. As for the hotel it is listed as a 2 ½ stars. That is a joke. Doors open to the outside. The parking lot is small, and it is adjoins to an open all night Whataburger, so it is loud. Floors are not very clean, had to take photos of the floors so I don’t get charged for my dogs. All in all a pretty sad experience.

Ms. Weber was so courteous and thoughtful. The room was nice and clean and the hot tub was nice :)

Nothing fancy just a place to stay. Room was clean and suitable for an overnight stay. Used the pool and that too was clean, full of kids but expected.

For a last minute layover I found it to be reasonable and great for a goodnight sleep. Besides it gave me points to my Choice Privilege membership ;)

Worst nightmare. Rooms were smelly, couldn’t sleep at night. Though it was a non smoking room it still smelled like cigarettes. We booked for two nights and checked out the other day and they charged us a lot. Will not recommended staying here after paying so much money. W

Worst hotel in America — I say that because I have traveled to 40+ states and stayed in many hotels all these years, obviously I have learned to expect things based on the brand I am staying in, its grade and such. Here is why I did not like this place — — the room had smells — in general the room had smell of a dead rodent and cigarettes(its non-smoking rooms), and the bathroom area smells like rotten feces. — the bathroom had cockroaches and the tub had many dead ones in the morning. I checked out cancelling the 2nd night, also the front desk did not seem to care — they were happy to charge taxes for the nights I did not stay and took of discount. The per night cost was actually more than a Holiday Inn or a Marriot in California, and this is Marble Falls, Tx. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again, and will give it a second thought before choosing any other brand from Choice Hotels The same review is posted in Choice Hotels website — let me see if they publish it.

We stayed here while playing a tennis tournament at horseshoe bay. The room was clean and the location was good. It’s a quality inn, but it was much better than I expected. It was right in the middle of town. We didn’t try the breakfast that was available. The pool seemed to be in good shape. The cleaning lady was very helpful and spent thirty minutes helping fix the tv. Checkout was 11am on Sunday morning, which is a little early in my opinion, but they were more than happy to give is a two hour late checkout. Would stay again if I’m looking for something convenient and economical.

Among the humble surroundings of Lake Marble Falls is this humble hotel excelling in customer service. It is a pleasure to merely sit in the lobby and watch people get ready for their events. Their free breakfasts with«big waffles» are delicious. Lanell(if I spelled that right) was superior as head housekeeper and the entire staff goes out of there way to please you. It has been my pleasure to wear them out(lol).

Had a great stay, and the staff, including manager, are extraordinarily nice. The only complaint I have is that the Internet is slow, and almost to the point of unusable if you’re trying to use the office Internet. Meanwhile, the guest Internet is on a different provider, and more tolerable from the rooms; and at night, I was getting over 200KB/s and managed to watch a movie on my laptop.
