There is so many clever items. Most is Texas /Mexican theme. Go Alone so you can take your time, unless you know someone who shares your enjoyment of discovering lots of new things

The people that run this place are just the nicest folks. If you are looking for something different and awesome for a gift or for yourself this is the place to go. This place has very easonably priced items and a huge selection! Stop in even if you just need a laugh. The big dog Rufus is their«greeter/mascot» Rufus and he’s super sweet.

The location on Unilocal is way off. Enter the address on your GPS or googly Maps. Never made it, couldn’t find it, and it turns out it’s about 6 miles north of 1431.

This place is Giant and my hubby and I had a blast walking through it all, but it’s so overly priced we didn’t buy anything! We both loved the giant peacocks figures they had outside, but they cost $ 900! We could do $ 500 but not $ 900 on a lawn ornament. A lawn ornament shouldn’t cost more than our longhorns. I docked 1 star for the sky high prices.

I’m not from Texas, so I found this place to be utterly hilarious. I stopped as a joke — to experience some kitsch and laugh. I love places like that! This IS that experience, but it is so much more. I was incredibly surprised! They actually have lovely décor items, and I could have spent quite a bit of money here. It goes on and on forever, it seems. The furniture, décor, and other items actually are quite nice — along with a healthy selection of kitsch :) They have a lovely black dog that was so super sweet. He seemed quite old and seemed to have some trouble moving about(probably arthritis) but was so sweet. Cutie pie.

Awful. I mean, my trip here could not have been worse. They have DONKEYS on the property that the staff encourages children to feed. They are touted on their website to be «kid friendly» and picture their donkeys on it. Hey, guess what? One bit my tiny little 4 year old daughter. And they don’t even care! I called animal control in the end. I don’t know if this is the first time this has happened, but I wanted to ensure it was the last, but the manager and employees of this place seem pretty non plussed about it all. Oh, they did kindly point out that ‘I know the horse is mean, but not the donkey”. So watch out for the horse too.

During my last visit to Texas, I found this amazing shop! It’s a feast for the eyes with all kinds of rustic home décor for inside and out! There’s colorful pottery and all kinds of ironwork most of which is Texas themed. For this native Texan currently residing in Michigan it’s Heaven! If you have an afternoon to kill(trust me you’ll be there for hours!) go check it out. I always find some kind of treasure to bring back to Michigan with me. ;-)

This place is awesome. Just when you think you have finished walking through everything you find more areas with more cool stuff. They have everything from pots for plants to things to hang, home decorations, and the most amazing hand carved wood furniture I have ever seen. I found some very unique items that will definitely be conversation pieces. The people are super friendly and the lazy lab is pretty awesome too. If you are in the area you should stop in.
