This place is great! Randy helped me out and he was upfront, honest, and got my tire fixed. GREAT customer service. They know their stuff and patch for free.

Traveling through marble falls had a slow leak wanted to get it fixed before long drive home. The salesperson at discount tire said he would not fix my tire but could sell me a new set. When I said no he said he would give me a great deal. He was trying to take advantage of my situation trying to get home I know I would need tires soon but not so soon on a brand new car. I am very disappointed with discount tire don’t try to take advantage of people. The next shop fixed the tire said I would need new ones in a couple of months

Happy with the customer service I received today. I was pulling a trailer for the Boy Scouts. We were staying at Inks Lake State Park. Had a blowout on our scout trailer on the way to the park. I called them Saturday morning, they had the tire in stock, and I was able to get back to the park before noon. We had the warranty certificate on our trailer tires. I had someone email me a copy of the certificate. They honored the certificate no questions asked. Excellent customer service today. Thanks, DT.

They have great service and very friendly staff. I came in because I needed to buy a tire and fix a flat. The Ford dealer saif Discount Tire had the best prices in town. Its true they do, I was low on cash at the time and they fixed the flat at no charge as well as bargaining with me to price I could afford with a warranty plan which was much lower then the normal price. They have gained my trust and I go there for now on when I need sonething done or flats fixed.
