This place is awful. The food is tasteless and cold. I spent $ 20 dollars on two hamburger combos and it was disgusting. Why do I keep trying to eat here.

My wife and I going to this location for approximately 10 years. Myself even longer. We go there every week, on our way to go grocery shopping. At first the customer service and the food was good which captain is coming for breakfast on a weekly basis. We would also come once at lunch time once a week. However, the past couple years, especially the past year the service in the food has taken a nosedive. The food always comes out either cold and needs replaced or is not the correct order. When asked to redo the order, we get nothing but eye rolling. Does a former restaurant owner, and a district manager for another owners I have many years of experience in the industry. I have no prejudices against any nationality however, when a staff speaks nothing but Spanish especially when the customers are white, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between customers and employees. This can cause an issue were misunderstanding. I usually instruct my employees to speak English in front of employees unless the customers need to be communicated in Spanish. Sometimes customer who don’t speak Spanish misunderstand and think /​interpret is that staff is speaking about them behind their back, especially when they are returning an order. We have experienced this on numerous occasions, almost every order needed to be returned and while the employees would look back at while speaking to the employee in the back they would speak Spanish. Thus making my wife for I I feel uncomfortable, and worried about the food we were about to receive. Like I said this is the customer service issue. Employees should treat customer with respect, our orders for never difficalt. We never asked for anything special, we were just handed out the wrong order constantly and made to feel inconvenience. We will never go back to this location ever again. The owner needs to get this location under control immediately!
