Just a follow-​up to my recent purchase from Bob Cournoyer of Waterbeds Minnesota. The replacement heater pad and thermostat control system is installed and fully functional. Again, Bob’s excellent advice and superior products have made such a positive difference to me.
The old heater pad simply wore out and was long after warranty as it has served me many years flawlessly. The swift advice and immediate shipping of replacement devices have me one very happy customer.

He stayed late to get me the mattress I needed and even gave me $ 50 off even though my old mattress was out of warranty (6 mos or so).
Several years back he cut me another great deal on replacement bolsters for my soft side.
