What a disappointment my husband and I just stopped for lunch I order fish and chips with house made onion rings and my husband had the brisket sandwich basket my fish I’m sure was frozen cod and overbooked tough and dry at $ 11.99 and the rings substitute for $ 2.99 extra were awful the breading was cornmeal my husbands brisket was good he said but mediocre for $ 12.99 said my home recipe is better anyway we were hungry but not sure we will return

We just left here and I couldn’t wait to write my review. These people are so nice and the food was delicious! Perfect sized portions, everything homemade. We were too full for dessert but that sounded good too. Very fast and friendly service. We had a large trailer and there’s plenty of room for RV’s.

Ohmydeargod. Steak, fries, and salad all served by a sweet waitress! The host/​owner has a great southern accent and whoever is the chef knows what they are talking about. They serve fresh gingerbread and fresh fudge cake and ice cream. I unfortunately did not get to eat the desert but the food was amazing. Highly recommend! ! Do not drive past! stop! Locally owned jewel.

Been a couple years, back visiting the area ,
My opinion this is the best place so far ever to be established here in Mapleton
You won’t find food and service like this within at least 60 miles, but don’t take my word for it, make sure you make it a stop before your arrival in florence. And at the least while your headed back
Open early always a friendly smile .food cooked fresh. Not many of these places left anymore. 100 stars from me .
And… Great turnoff for that motor home or trailer tons of parking

What a find! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and the food is AMAZING! Totally recommend the pulled pork sandwich with yellowbelly mustard. Absolutely delicious. The only sad thing was we weren’t able to try their ribs as they only serve those at dinner. I bet they are fantastic… we’ll be back for those asap.
