Customer communication is horrible.
Leave a message, they will never return a call or even acknowledge that you have been trying to contact them.
Has taken over a month (5 weeks and counting) so far. to get an engine swap done.
First experience here, I will never recommend them!
Seems they have personnel issues, frequent turnover?
Will see how the work turns out? If I get the vehicle back anytime soon???

Absolutely exceeded expectations! My truck quit on me and Brandon came to my rescue! He got me going and then they gave me a quote to fix the problem, the work is scheduled and I am happy to have a running truck, cant thank them enough.
Update, after my truck got fixed I continued to have some oil leak issues, Casey not only fixed the issue with no questions asked but even came and got my truck for me. That is excellent customer service!

I bought my horse trailer here about 6 years ago, and they gave us a decent deal on exactly the trailer we wanted. They ordered it from the dealer and it was available for us to pick up within about 8 weeks.
Just last week I had my trailer serviced and some damage repaired, and they gave me a decent quote for the work. The cost was pretty significant, but compared to the amount of hours of labor that was put into it, and the finished product, I think I got my money’s worth. I would recommend them for annual trailer servicing and repairs.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the sales rep still recognized me even 6 years later. Can’t beat that kind of personal service!
