Great experience! The first thing I noticed was how clean the salon is. Jolene(Jolynn?) did my acrylics and did a really nice job. She didn’t cut me like some nail salons do. Pretty fast and gave a nice shoulder massage! I got lucky to walk in and have the whole place to myself at first — within the time I was there 10+ women came in wanting manicures or pedicures. Next time I’ll make an appointment because it gets busy. Love my nails!

Their manicures never seam to last — even shellac — but this is the only place I’ll come for a pedicure(and why I’m giving the 4 stars instead of 2 or 3). They do a great job and give wonderful foot and leg massages as part of the service. But the real reason for my loyalty? They use liners in the foot baths. That really puts me at ease.

Typically a good experience, my last visit was not. Technician was grumpy, harsh on my feet despite saying I had sensitive feet and then rushed me through. There was no one waiting for services and a very slow morning. Tried to be cordial and converse but she wouldn’t engage. Worst part was when I asked to pay, she ran my card and then after I filled in the amount for tip, and I gave 20%, she showed the receipt to the owner who then peered up from her customer at me, said something in Vietnamese and then they both laughed. I asked if I did something wrong and she just laughed and said no dismissively. Felt mocked and embarrassed and didn’t stay to let the polish dry as they continued to snicker. Many options in town for clean, great service with respectful customer service so I’m taking my money elsewhere. Used to really like it there but will never return. Bad form, Tip and Toe.

I use to love getting my nails done here, I now work a job where I cannot have pretty nails. I decided to try out their waxing services and thought that since my nail experience had been so great, this would be too, WRONG! The wax was WAY too hot; I told her she was burning me and she did not turn the wax warmer down or do anything about it, in fact she burned me badly enough to form a blister! I now have an ugly red blister on my leg, 2 days before a trip to San Diego.

I am giving this 2 stars because most of the time I go here it is great, but this time… Not so much… I can’t even give this visit one star. I came in to get a gel/shellac mani/pedi and please note when you do this, your manicure is on the pedicure chair WHILE you are getting your pedicure. This is a time saver, yes, but I was very frustrated with the attitude of my manicurist for these reasons: 1) she had a bad attitude. Sighing and acting like it was a big problem moving back and forth to do each hand.(They had stools stored in between the two pedi chairs and it made it difficult if not dangerous to get in and around my chair 2) when she almost tripped because there were so many things between the chairs, she just kicked my shoes out of the way and onto the floor with a huff. 3) the shoulder massage was waaay too hard and my upper back is actually bruised! 4) she completely forgot about doing the«massage» on my other shoulder. But maybe I will be glad about that. Now to the gal that did my pedicure… She used the big grater thingy on my heels and went too far up my heel and I have cuts now… I’m really upset by this visit and the manicurist seemed upset by her 10% tip… Well I’m hoping she is glad she even got one after that awful experience. Not sure I will go back…

This place is close to home so I stop to get my eyebrows and lip waxed after work. I have been here multiple times and the wax job usually turns out like it should. I only am giving them three stars because they never wash their hands before touching my face. I would prefer they did since I have really sensitive skin and break out easily. Also, they don’t clean your eyebrow or lip area before waxing. I use eyebrow makeup so they don’t even clean it off to see what they need to wax first. Lastly, the bed you lay on always has other people’s hair on it. I have learned to always ask for a new sheet and towels on the bed. It may seem high maintenance but I don’t want to lay on other peoples hair and sweat or whatever was on their clothes. I’m sure I’ll be back because it is convenient and cheap. But every time I go I wish I hadn’t.
