I was looking for a new eye doctor and had heard great things about Maple Valley Eye Care Center. During my visit, I was told that I didn’t have a condition that another eye doctor had told me I did. I was relieved! The exam was very thorough. I returned to pick out my glasses and the attendant was very helpful. She helped me pick out the frames and filled out the paperwork. It was so easy and I am looking forward to getting my new glasses next week. I’m so glad to have an eye doctor so close to home! I would recommend this office.

Really nice facilites and updated equipment. Staff is competent and friendly. Dr. Neal is very professional and walked me through all the exams performed and explained everything in detail in a way I could fully understand everything despite the medical terminology. I liked that they didn’t pushed me into buying new glasses or frames. Recommend!

Visited MVECC for my annual eye exam and as usual, Dr. Neal & staff were outstanding.
Dr. Neal is extremely personable and professional. Took the time giving me a thorough eye exam and decided to tweak my contact lens prescription just a tad (astigmatism).
If you’re in need of eye glasses or contact lenses, make this your one stop shop.

Good selection of frames and friendly staff on the phone and in store. My optician, Lori, was so knowledgeable about frames and lenses. Highly recommended.

I wanted to believe that this place would take care of my wife’s eye issues but I have my doubts. My wife has waited too many times for the proper contacts to come in. They are suppose to call when they are in but they have failed to do so. My wife has to call them all the time to ask if her contacts are in. She has been VERY frusterated with this eye care center. She has been going here for over a year ! Time for a change…
