You know how you go to these Chinese restaurants, order the lunch special for $ 6 or $ 7 and the main course is usually pretty good but the fried rice and egg roll are nasty? Not at Stone Dragon. Every single bite of everything you get is completely delicious! The pork in the fried rice is cooked to perfection, the egg roll crisp and not greasy. Our office orders often here and everyone loves it! Also, two thumbs up for Stone Dragon’s online ordering and local delivery(which is extremely fast)!

Nasty owners. …fucked up orders… place is changing. … Watch your change… They will tack on 5or6 bucks on a large order. . So you may not notice. … The owners. .employees. .treat you like shit. . I’m changing places. . Going to find a new place. … Not jade bistro. not jade palace. …

I had such high hopes. I thought the chicken and broccoli was very bland and I did not like the chicken they used. The Chinese pizza was not scallion pancakes like most Chinese establishments, it was literally dough and not even remotely crispy as it should be. I under stand what heat trapped in a container does, maybe they should place it in bags like Hing Far does.(Best in the area) Vegetable Gyoza are delicious and the egg roll wasn’t bad. I won’t be returning for I’m throwing away ¾ of my meal and have no desire to reheat any of it.

This was possibly the worst experience I’ve had with ordering anything. After receiving our order of chow mein, it was only steamed vegetables tossed in a sauce. Not with the noodles it is supposed to come with, you can even google that. When I call the restaurant to inform them of their error they start to fight with me that it is only vegetables and never contains noodles. They put me on hold for over a minute while I was speaking and then another person comes on and starts saying that lo mein comes with noodles. When I tell him that I’m not stupid and I know that lo mein comes with noodles he raises his voice stating that he’s worked in Chinese restaurants for over 30 years and he’s never put noodles in chow mein. Rather than trying to fix the situation and sending the right thing he would rather argue to try and be right. I will never order from there again!

I am very picky with Chinese Food, and after Bo’s wok in Cinnaminson closed, we struggled to find a good substitute. luckily we found Stone Dragon, and they were willing to deliver to our area. They are consistent, nice big portions, generous with sauces. Reasonable prices and prompt delivery, the only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is the memory of Bo’s Wok!

We just ordered takeout from here for Valentine’s Day, and wow! Seriously the BEST shrimp egg roll I have ever ever had. Their Alaskan hand roll was great too– fresh avocado, fresh salmon… yum! It’s been a while since I’ve thoroughly enjoyed sushi or Chinese takeout… so I had to write a review for this place. We just moved here, so I’m super excited. Definitely our new go-to!

This wouldn’t be my first choice of Chinese in the area. The restaurant is pretty clean, the lunch set was cheap with a big portion, but the taste wasn’t that good. I ordered General Tso’s chicken and it was just way too sweet. No kick of spice there at all. Egg roll smelled like oil. I also don’t like the fact that you don’t get to choose your rice. I usually go for a bland rice when ordering a Chinese lunch set, but you don’t have that option here. Just fried rice. In addition, the woman at the cashier wasn’t the best communicator. She tried to explain the lunch menu options but I had hard time understanding her. I asked for egg drop soup but ended up egg roll. Now, my first language is not English. I sympathize with those who don’t speak good English and loathe people who complain about people who can’t speak English well, but if you are doing a cashier and receiving order at a local restaurant, you probably should speak better English — just enough so that you understand what customers are saying and vice versa.

My favorite Chinese place in jersey. Tried others and not much of a fan. They’re always fast and friendly. Love the online ordering.

Not bad, I think King House is a little better. However Stone Dragon has a much nicer and cleaner dining area.

The delivery service is outstanding. They give you two of every sauce for each item you order and they are fast. I ordered the Hot and spicy beef, vegetable fried rice and chicken Lo mein. The beef was melt in your mouth tender which is very rare for a Chinese resturaunt in south jersey. Fried rice and Lo mein were very flavorful. But this is typical American Chinese food. I would love to see some Szechuan cuisine like dandan noodles. The offer the boring order by the pt. or qt. menu found in every other Chinese restaurant. Nothing authentic about it. The ‘Chow mein’ Is just a rice dish with a package of crispy noodles and vegetables or meats. Now when you go to china and get chow mein from a real noodle cart, It is stir fried long soft noodles with vegetables and whatever meat you want. Way different from the American version. I wish they would serve real Chinese food instead of the standard Chinese take out menu. I give them 4 stars because the flavor of their food is excellent and they are the only Chinese restaurant that knows how to cook tender beef.

I ordered my Chinese food at 5:07 and 35 minutes later, exactly when expected, it was here. Always a good start. The Chinese pizza was exactly as expected. Greasy, thin, scallions, and deliciousness. I also got the general tsos combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. All was great! The fried rice had chopped carrots, peas, onions, and pork. The general tsos chicken was a bit spicy but not in an overdone way. All in all I was very happy with my Chinese choice!

I have never waited so long for take out in my life! We walked in a placed our order, an hour and a half later it was finished! They weren’t very busy either, only 4 or 5 more people walked in when we were there. The food is average chinese take out, nothing spectacular and DEFINATELY not worth the wait.

Its average to good. Standard fare and usually take-out, fast food delivery. They seem to need to slow down a little on the phone taking orders. lol. Had the Pork and Garlic Sauce Dinner combo and Cheese Wontons. Dinner was good though the wontons were a little old and oily, definitely could’ve been better. I’d probably order again(though I only eat Chinese food like once every 3 years or so). ngI’d be cautious of anything fried.

I ordered 4 sushi rolls from this place, and every single roll was so-so at best. In fact, two were barely edible. The fried lobster roll was disgusting. The tuna was fresh maybe yesterday. The woman on the phone rushed me through the order and then the driver took an hour to get here. So lets think about it: food: 2⁄10 service: 1⁄10 order accuracy: 7⁄10(they got our order wrong too) I will not be returning here, nor do I suggest that none orders Sushi from this place. I’m half way through my meal and disgusted and disappointed.

got delivery. took about 1 hour(i think we were further then they realized, they probably shouldn’t have agreed to deliver to us) food was decent, but an little oily. i ordered kung pao shrimp but received kung pao chicken. that was disappointing. my husband had the general tso chicken and pork lo mein. i think we’ll be trying a different place next time.

After reading all of the rave reviews on Unilocal,I expected something exceptional. While not completely disappointed, Stone Dragon was mostly average. Their chicken, the staple of most of their dishes was quite a bit lighter tasting than most of the other chinese food I have had. Unfortunately, the sauces were a tad disappointing: neither the sweet and sour nor the sesame chicken sauces were overly flavorful. Stone Dragon is definitely a reasonable choice if you live in the area and are in the mood for chinese food, but didn’t seem to be anything extraordinary.

If you live anywhere in the vicinity of this chinese/japanese restaurant, DONOTORDERANYWHEREELSE! Stone Dragon is by far the best in the area for anything from veggie chop suey, broccoli and garlic sauce, and veggie lo mien, to sushi and great miso soup! If you order anything with veggies expect the freshest you’ve ever experienced from a takeout Chinese restaurant. This place NEVER disappoints. My family orders here regularly and the food is always out quick, and the service is always polite and professional. There’s also room to sit inside. It’s colorful and cozy and they have fun stuff for sale upstairs!

We order from Stone Dragon so often that everyone who answers the phone knows exactly who we are and what our«regular» orders are. While I’ve never actually dined inside the restaurant, I pass it frequently enough to know that it looks absolutely charming. And the staff members — at least, the chefs, the folks who place delivery orders and the delivery guys — are great, too: prompt, courteous and, in the case of the chefs, masters of their craft. Stone Dragon offers Chinese and Japanese foodstuffs, and both are equally as tasty; however, I’m partial to their sushi. The crispy kani rolls and eel & avocado rolls are also ferociously delicious and turbo-nommable. The spicy rolls — salmon, yellowtail, harry, tuna — are magical, but the spicy shrimp roll is quite simply God’s gift to taste buds everywhere. It usually takes about 30 minutes for our food to be delivered. We live close to the restaurant(it’s barely a mile away), but we usually order A LOT of food, so it balances out. Be aware that delivery is cash only. The variety of both menus(they make sushi I can’t find anywhere else AND are willing to make non-menu combinations) and the quality of all the food make Stone Dragon my hands-down favourite sushi place and general eatery ever.
