Ryan’s Run

I have known about Ryan’s Run for many years. Both my uncle and brother lived here many years ago, and loved it. I recently moved here and find my apartment just charming. The interiors are extremely well maintained and modern. Everything was like new when I moved in.
The unit is surprisingly spacious, with terrific closet space. There is a decent-​sized coat closet in the foyer, a combination utility and linen closet in the hallway leading to the bedroom, and two huge closest in the bedroom. The bathroom is also a decent size, with a vanity with lots of storage space and room for a hamper. The bedroom is very roomy. I also love the little washer and dryer combo in the kitchen. The appliances are all very nice. The windows are all new. And the apartments are so bright and cheerful, even on overcast days. The rent is quite reasonable. When you consider that the rent includes heat, this is the best deal around by far.
In addition, the complex has a really nice pool and little fitness center, both of which are included in the rent. Plus, the first floor apartments have nice patios, while the second floor units have cozy balconies. Mine overlooks a courtyard with trees, with lots of beautiful birds.
I only have a few complaints. The drawer space in the kitchen is terrible! There are only two tiny drawers that can’t accommodate even a standard cutlery tray. Plus, the grounds could be more well-​maintained. Frankly, the complex looks a little run down on the outside. And the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in the next apartment.
But when all is said and done, these apartments are a great deal. And adorable!

I lived here for about three months as an intern, and I have to say that this was one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed at. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, and the apartments here are divided up into fours, with two on the ground floor and two up top. I didn’t have any problems with noise, the grounds were well maintained, and the staff was really friendly. The apartment was tiny, but it was a good fit for me. Highly recommend.
