Burgers were good & bunch of beers to chose from, but $ 50 was a hit! Plus dj music was way too loud!

Wing night is the reason I come here every other Tuesday to indulge in my cravings. The wings are good, I usually get Sesame Garlic(they recently got rid of it), Inferno, Chipotle Lime BBQ or Hot and Honey. I went today and they had a new flavor called Kickin’ Korean for the wings and they initially tasted yummy but gradually the sauce reminded me of ketchup. The Inferno we ordered were soggier than the rest of the wings and my Hot& Honey’s sauce practically dried up. The service was okay; they took way too long for my water refill and the bill. Usually beforehand they give us the moist towelette packets but today they completely forgot. which is pretty important when ur eating wings. Today was maybe an off day for the service compared to the other days coming here.

PJ’s is a great spot to get some decent food and catch the games while enjoying some quality brews. They have daily drink and food specials, which are pretty solid. I’ve been coming here for years, not sure why I’ve never review them before. I will say recently the fries have been cold with every meal I have gotten there. The PJ’s Fries are awesome but you need to order them alone, otherwise they’ve been disappointing as a COLD side. :-( I had the Fish tacos this time, They were pretty decent. I had gotten them here a while back and felt like they were much better(it was a special before it was added to the regular menu). I like the slaw, corn, and sauce on them, but I think the slaw was a little strong and abundant this time. Too much vinegar or something. The fish could have been better, especially since it was just 3 little strips and they run about $ 10. We also had a burger, JDBACONBURGER, I believe it was called. It was average, at best. The bun was HUGE and the burger not so much. Disappointed in the maple ketchup or lack thereof, was expecting more. I feel like the burger to bun ratio was way off… and I’ve had burgers here before which I thought were very good. I guess that was a while back. We split some wings(Hot, Hot and Honey, and Sweet Chili). The wings are a favorite and I’m sure one of their biggest sellers. I typically go with the Hot. I think the flavor is great, they have the perfect amount of kick. But I also like to mix in a few hot and honey just to change up the pace a little bit. All in all, the place is clean, service is usually pretty good, they have some decent specials, they rotate beers, you can pretty much catch any game at anytime here. I want to give them 5 stars, but the food has been lacking(other than the wings) recently. I’m hoping next time my fries will be a little hotter and a few other things change food wise. I’ve had a few mixed experiences on that end, but the atmosphere, drinks, and my previous experiences will allow them to keep 4 stars.

5 stars for wing night — half priced wings every Tuesday 3pm til closing! No reservations but the wait is worth it to get your fingers dirty with some of the juiciest wings around. Some flavors I’ve tried and loved: original, hot & honey, sesame garlic, sweet chili. The honey BBQ is also good if you like BBQ. The minimum order for wing night is 10, which comes out to around $ 5. I usually skip on drinks here(they do have a couple specials and fair selection on tap). Instead, I choose to fill up on their fries/tots as sides and/or more wings of course. All PJ’s have wing night Tuesday but this is my favorite establishment in the area. The wait is relatively shorter, staff more attentive, and crowd less rowdy. You’ll see many groups of high schoolers in the evening, but patrons get progressively older as the night goes on. I recently went to the Cherry Hill location and wing night was posted as only 3pm-9pm. I’ve come since HS/college, it’s never been disappointing and food and service are always solid. Mark your calendars!

The bar itself is really nice and always have people there as long as their opened. The wings are so good and aren’t horribly expensive. They make me look forward to Tuesday’s because of the half off wings. They also have really good tater tots with cheese and ranch. The drinks aren’t too expensive either as long as you get a special and its a really chill and comfortable bar with good food, good people, and always somewhere to park

Service is horrible! Waitresses are all stuck up! They have bad attitudes and look at you like you owe them something I will never come here again. Just goes to show you how far smiling goes in this industry.

Well. Used to eat here regular and food was always pretty good. Last two trips it’s been really not. Oven cooked fries that were just terrible. Flavorless cheese steak. Must have a new chef. Really mediocre. On the other hand great beer selection and excellent wait staff.

Was here last Saturday. They set me up with my own TV to watch the Bama game. Very nice and accommodating. Good prices on beer, good food. Fast service. Would definitely recommend.

With the addition of the outside patio area I was really looking forward to visiting this location more often. Mostly because it is less than 5 minutes from me versus the cherry hill location. After giving it a few tries I am ready to admit I am not pleased. Especially with the service. Last time I visited was on a Saturday night with a large group. The waitress did not check in on us we had to hunt her down each and everytime and never brought out the water I requested. The wings are sooo good and is the primary reason I visit and the beer list isn’t too bad as it’s often rotated. It is very nice to be able to sit outside at night and feel the breeze. Sad to say but I will be back because of the wings.

I don’t know how recent this is, but apparently now their Tuesday night ½ priced wing special ends at 9pm. We got there at 8:30 and they told us that it would take longer than 30 minutes to seat us so the wings would be full priced. If you’re in the building before 9pm waiting for service whether it’s a table or drinks or food you should be able to get the ½ price special! I’ve gone in the past at 10pm and gotten half priced wings so this seems to be a fairly new policy and I think it’s bogus.

Great food! Love the pretzel nuggets. I tried the French dip and it was good. Lots of beer choices. The servers are great. Very friendly and fast. If you like to watch sports and eat good food then this is the place for you.

Was not what I expected. We asked for well done wings. They were not even close to well done and they are too big for my likings. My entrée was fair. I ordered the half rack of ribs.

I’ve been here a few times and it is a great place to grab some good food and have a beer. The atmosphere is that of most sports bars but it has the benefit of being better than most sports pubs. It’s got the tv’s and relaxed atmosphere that a sports bar needs but it has much better food than most and a fantastic beer selection. None of the food is overly pretentious but it is not always your run of the mill sports bar food either. I recently went and had the Ghost Pepper Chili wings and they were fantastic. They had just the right amount of spice and a ton of flavor, which is a pretty good description of all of the food at PJ’s. The beer selection is amazing. While most sports bars have started to get a few«craft» beers on top in recent years it is usually limited to Sam Adams and maybe one tap of Yards. PJ’s on the other hand has over a dozen great craft beers on tap and the selection is always changing. PJ’s is a great place to take the family, go watch the game or just to grab a beer.

This is my favorite PJ Whelihan’s location. When I lived in Voorhees, I would always venture to this location because we found it to be the best when it came to the food. The other locations seem to cater more to the party atmosphere, and the food was secondary. Recently, this place left me feeling slightly disappointed my last few visits. During my last visit we requested that wings be cooked crispy, pretty much leave those things in fryer past the standard fry time. The wings were not cooked to our liking. I also ordered the ribs and I have to say the ribs were awful. I know, its not a bbq place but I’ve had better ribs off the buffet at Wholefoods. What happened? The food was never over the top superb, but it was always pretty solid. I hope with the addition of the patio eating area that this location is not following in the footsteps of the others and focusing on embracing the party atmosphere. That is exactly what keeps me away from the Cherry Hill store. Our waitress was cool, and friendly. I just wished she had handled the wing situation a little better. Come on PJ Whelihan’s Moorestown, lets pick it up!

Best wings around in my opinion. You cannot beat their half price wings every Tuesday for eat in either. Their famous fries are also something to certainly check out. This PJs has the best food out of any location in my opinion. I hardly ever go to any of the others anymore because of this. This location is also completely renovating and has added another room onto the building that is finished and fully operational. The room doubles the size of the place and cut down on the wait for a table in the evenings substantially. The staff is great as always. They have daily drink specials as well as food specials you can check out online. My favorite day is Tuesday for half priced wings. Their wings are amazing and getting them half priced makes them even better!

Tons of unique beer on tap right here and some affordable grub. Been here too often to recall and it’s OK and of course ok is ok if your into ok and there’s nothing wrong with ok. A chain is a chain is a chain and this place is just like the others. Can’t seem to embrace that if anything to identity or factor that will draw you to the point of, got to go there. Big oval bar with plenty of seats and surrounding tables. The menu is your basic bar type options emphasizing on samich/burgers. Can’t say I’ve been disappointed or impressed. It just seems as though I’ve been there and dine that syndrome that we just can’t seem to escape in the NJ suburbs. Clean and decent service. Never a buy back. Now it gets the job done and they have an imposing spectacular draft selction and that may reason alone to pop in. So what’s missing? If you have to ask then there you go.

My mother maintains they have some of the best wings around. I am not sure if she is remembering back to yesteryear or her memory is just going, but there was nothing super special about these wings. The bar itself is working the sports theme hard. TV dripping from the every corner, beer in stay all day sizes and a bevy of fried bar food. I appreciate the long, interesting beer list. I can even get down with the semi-obnixous TVs but on my last visit my typical bar food order came out cold. Fries came with two of three dishes we order and both fries weren’t even close to room temperature. By the time our waitress made it back to check on us we had largely finished eating. I asked for hot fries and with another long wait period she did bring a fresh batch, but at that point i was over it. It took too long for just about everything, which includes getting the check. The limited options may get me through the door again, but I am in no hurry to return.

This PJs has definitely made some major improvements since my last review more than five years ago. At the time, Iron Hill had rolled in around the corner and seemed like a shinier, better option. But over time, my loyalties have remained with PJs. They definitely went through a rough patch but my handful of visits over the past few years have all been solid. The beer program has improved from a selection of domestics to an array of craft brews for every taste. Their wings are awesome and I love that they have so many different types of buffalo-style choices like wraps, salads and sandwiches. Big fan.
