Questionable practices… they were going to charge me for a part when the unit was still under warranty. The service tech said when he called to get approval or not, he was told to charge for the part because Countryside thought they didn’t install the unit… BUTTHEYDID! I have a feeling they would then collect from me and then collect from the manufacturer, TOO. When I called the manufacturer, they said ANY dealer listed on their website should do the warrantee work and NOT charge for parts. Countryside was listed but really wonder about their practices! CALLSOMEONEELSE!

They advertised a special on their website: $ 39.99 for an air conditioner check up. No mention of a trip charge or any other exclusions /qualifications. I have them come out and they spend all of 20 minutes looking at my system. I then get a bill for $ 124.00! I paid the serviceman and called the company. The company was completely unaware of the special listed on their own website! Once I showed them the page, they basically said they’re going to have to update their website and apologized. Unfortunately, they did not offer me any discount or refund and they even told me someone should have made me aware of the trip charge. They have an $ 89 trip charge. That means just to come to your place. they want $ 89 bucks. Anything they do on top of that is additional. Ask as many questions as you can BEFORE scheduling any kind of appointment. I found out the hard way. I am posting this so others don’t have to.
