Zero stars for the customer service at this location. Save your time and your headache. Go to parma and wait in line. Even hours would be better than coming here. Save yourself from all the ladies in their mid-life crisis. I believe they’re all idiots. I had a lady ask me to add initials to the title, once we did, she wouldn’t process it because it didn’t match the ID. Ah duh. That’s why it wasn’t on there to begin with. So she said I needed a new title — from PA. Not happening. After we threw a fit, she processed it as is. This didn’t help us. After making herself look stupid and trying to cover her tracks to her supervisor. Twisting it all around. We apparently were still in the wrong. We still had to get a new ID that matched the title she goofed on… After doing that, she still wouldn’t process the title. She responded with«that’s not how it works». Okay, well that’s what YOU had us do. Is this a game? So she started explaining why it couldn’t be done. Then goes«you know what… Nevermind. I’m not telling you.» So we said bye. I’m SO glad that they treat customers with this much respect. For their own error, none the less. Two titles and a ID later. It might be fixed. Yay for it costing additional money from my pocket and not hers. Some people should only be allowed to work fast food. Rude. Oh I called parma, they explained to me what needed to be done to fix her error. They’re pretty awesome and actually try to help.
