Beauty In the Beast Grooming

I’ve been going to these groomers for 12 years now. They are so nice and always try to accommodate any last minute grooming requests I might have. They also do a great job on my mid-​sized lab and pit mix breeds. Also were a great help when one of my dogs was sprayed by a skunk earlier this summer.

We had recently moved back into town and we were looking for a groomer closer to our new residence. We booked a bath and cut with them. When we got to our appointment we were told since our Bichon was an older dog we would be charged between $ 60 and $ 100 for the service. Since most local groomers charge $ 35 to $ 40 dollars for a bath and cut we started to walk out. The woman complained about how I had parked my car even though no one else was in the lot and basically had a nasty attitude about everything. My dog is 17 years old and has been groomed every 2 weeks since he was 10 weeks old. We have never been treated this way in the 3 states we have lived and definitely would not have my Bichon ever done there or ever recommend them.
