Wiser Choice Cleaning

Wiser Choice won our business because they were able to get us into their rotation quickly, and had competitive rates (around $ 33/​hour) compared to a few other places we looked into. We received an excellent first cleaning, but each subsequent cleaning got worse. They neglected really obvious spots: cobwebs in the corners, hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs in the dining room, and dust on top of the refrigerator, on top of the ceiling fan, under our stereo equipment, etc. One month, they skipped our shower completely. When I provided feedback, I’d receive an excuse instead of an offer to fix the issues. (Though they did come back the time they skipped the shower.) If you want a thorough cleaning without having to finish the job on your own, look elsewhere.
