This location is small, but with a surprisingly large selection of kitchen tools and aids. The merchandise is high quality, but still not fitting of the price. It is insanely expensive at this store and although the tools are high quality, you are mainly paying for the Brand.
I wasn’t blown away by the customer service in this place, but they probably knew I only had a $ 75 gift card. Next time, I’ll show them the roll of cash I carry in a rubber band and I’ll probably make it rain up in there. Maybe then I can get some decent service with my over-​priced bundt-​pan.

This W-​S is pretty small, especially compared to other MN locations.
Bigger problem — I went in with something I bought there, still had the receipt and the box bc I’m a nerd like that. They kind of blew me off and told me to call the manufacturer. What? That’s not the W-​S customer service I was taught while working for them! Total bummer.
