The staff has always been helpful and friendly whenever I go in. The tea, though expensive, is well worth it if you’re a tea lover!

I love tea, coffee, anything that makes tea and coffee time more cutesy and more fun count me in! There are many independent tea shops out there, however for a franchise shop this one is A OK.
Thumbs up:
–Variety of teas, set up is neat easy to find and clean
–C.S. at the Teavanas I have been to have been decent, helpful and not too pushy. They know their products which is helpful.
–Fun tea sets and practical
–Cute bags and tea cup options, will do
–Samples please, they do that here for new flavors etc.
–They are a tea store, plain and simple

–Drinking tea can get costly, but hey you like the good stuff get the good stuff here

I’d give the products 5 stars but the staff ruins the entire experience. I spent over $ 125 and that still was not good enough for them! Oh and the «hover» over me while I walk around and shop does nobody any favors. I love tea and have no problem ordering it online where the air tight tin container does not cost extra! The young employees even went as far as fighting over me for the commission. It was very uncomfortable. I have not gone back and don’t ever plan on it! BTW, I bought my tea a year ago and put it in my own airtight container and its still fresh! This place is a joke! I went to the Maple Grove location.
