Blech. No. It’s not even worth getting into the details. Just take my word for it. Here’s the thing: if you want good Chinese food, this is not the place — go elsewhere. If you just want to have dinner out in the Arbor Lakes shopping area, you have other options that offer better food — go to them. If you are just going to have some beer and sake, then fine — go here. The ambiance is decent enough if you just want to have a drink or something. But don’t expect good food or service — and be prepared for high prices that are unwarranted.

If you want to know about their wait time, you have to show up there in person. If you call, like I did, they lie about it. Then when confronted with it, they deny it happened. I know the concept is to get people through the door and they are more likely to put up with the wait, but that doesn’t cut it when there are little kids involved. Why lie? It gets you a bad review.

This place isn’t bad, but it’s very Americanized Chinese food. The prices keep going up and the quality of food is still average. My family often gets coupons for free lettuce wraps, which I do like. The service is always good and they seem to have many employees working.

This chain has gone consistently downhill over the years. The portions of the entrees with regards their prices is obscene! The quality of the food is also disgusting. I personally don’t mind paying more for food as necessary so restaurants can make a profit, but don’t rip me off!!! This place is simply a run of the mill rip off chain.

Excellent everything! The Lettuce Wraps, entrees and cheesecake dessert was«to die for»! All employees, especially, Linda, are the BEST! Another perfect dining experience at PF’S. Thank you.

We had a very bad experience today with P. F Chang. We went there because it was my mom’s birthday and were expecting to spend an enjoyable evening at a chinese restaurant. Everything was going fine until the main course. My family and I are pure vegetarians hence we ordered the vegetarian version of the pad thai. When the meal came in, we found several pieces of shrimp spread throughout the dish. This completely ruined our appetite and we decided to order the vegetarian fried rice instead. However, this too came in with eggs within the meal even though the menu clearly stated NOEGGS. I am not happy with the experience today.

It’s been a year since I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s and now I remember why. My Bill for Kung Pow chicken and a Iced Tea was $ 17.00. the tea tasted like it had been in the same pot for at least two days so I asked for a water instead. When the waitress brought out the plates for my friend and I to serve ourselves with the top looked dirty but I thought I was just being picky, NOPE! I lifted the plate up to see a huge chunk of old onion and grease on the plate underneath. They were practically sticking together! The worst part overall was when the waitress finally came to ask how our food was(at least 5 minutes after she brought the food to the table) I showed her the dirty plates and she turned and said let me get you another one… like she was use to it or it was not a big deal. She never offered to comp anything or apologized! I understand she’s probably not even the person who was in charge of the dish’s being washed but still! Not even an apology and I’m guessing she didn’t even talk to the manager about it because normally when they do the manager comes over and apologizes. Beyond Awful, won’t return or recommend. If you’re going to serve food at those prices at the very least provide plates that don’t have old food on them.

Against my better judgment, I gave this chain another chance. Twice is enough for me to avoid it in the future. Like my last experience(in a totally different state, even), everything was overly salty. The service was quick & friendly, but the food doesn’t live up to what the price would make you expect. I tried one of their new sushi rolls & the contents of the roll was wonderful, but the rice paper it was wrapped in was way too thick & chewy.

After seeing a movie this past Friday night, 4÷17÷15, my family of 5 all decided that we should go to the Arbor Lakes Shoppes to get something to eat. We walked past Punch Pizza, as my wife decided we should give P.F. Chang another try. The first time we went was a few months after it first opened, and we were very underwhelmed by the food. We were seated promptly, at around 8:30pm, and proceeded to wait for 25 minutes without even having a server come over to see if we would like any beverages! During this time I noticed several servers having extended conversations with each other while overseeing the dining room, yet none of them saw to it that we were accommodated. We decided to get up and leave after 5 more minutes, hoping that Punch Pizza was still open as we have always had an amazing experience at all of their locations. Thankfully they were open for another hour, and we proceeded to have some of the best pizza available anywhere in the country. We will not make the same mistake again. Shame on P.F. Chang for their inexcusably poor service, but thank you to Punch for making a family night out memorable for the RIGHT reasons.

The food is absolutely delicious, but expect to dig a little deeper into your wallet. My wife and I shared the dinner for 2 special and we were very pleased. The soups were really fresh and our starter was good enough to be an entrée. It was called«Dynamite Shrimp» and it was an excellent blend of spicy, savory and crunchy. We will definitely be enjoying that again. Both our entrees were great and we had enough for leftovers, score! The only downside was the dessert wontons that came with the deal… small and not very tasty. We were seated immediately, because we had a reservation, and had a very attentive server. It was a great date night!

Like some of the staff as with most restaurants some good and some ehh. No different here Tony is awesome. The rest of the bar staff frankly SUCKkkS. They don’t know anything about booze or the food. It’s not like they were busy either. They screwed up my order. And served me sub standard wine as well go there only if tony is your tender…

I’ve always heard rave reviews about this place(in other cities as well), so it was time to check it out. We decided to go to celebrate my dad’s birthday — on a Sunday evening. The place is completely packed when we got in, and had to wait for a table for a good half hour. Finally after getting a table, I had to get my favorite Chinese dish — honey chicken. Positives: –Good service, friendly and fast. -«Fancy» décor and atmosphere. –Food was good, but not anything amazing. Negatives: –More expensive than it should be… seem to paying for atmosphere over food quality. –Very busy place, couldn’t believe how busy it was on a Sunday evening… a typical quiet night for most restaurants. This place confuses me a bit. The décor and atmosphere definitely have the more upscale vibe to it, but the food seemed to be fairly average compared to Chinese food we can get for half the price. Obviously, the place is popular with people as shown by how consistently busy it is. In my opinion, you can save the upscale décor and and a few bucks and go to your favorite local Chinese place over this place.

Out for dinner with my family we decided to stop at this PF Chang’s. The lettuce wraps are always the go to item on the menu. They are awesome. In our opinion they are also the best item on the menu. I was a little disappointing to find that one no longer blends their own sauce, instead a pre-blended sauce was brought with the wraps. For the main dish we had the new fire cracker chicken and sesame chicken. Both dishes were bland and lacked flavor. My wife commended on a certain Asian inspired frozen entrée from Trader Joe’s was better, and as far as flavor is concerned, I agree. We had an issue with our kid and had the leave early. The management and service got us out the door fast which was really nice. They were also very friendly and understanding. We will be back but likely just for the lettuce wraps.

This place was ok, this is Americanized Chinese food. I would recommend trying once to try, but would not go out of my way to eat here. Recommend trying for yourself and give your opinion as I know people have different taste.

I wanted to try PF Changs based on a recommendation. I was told their Kung Pao was good and I love good Kung Pao. I ordered it for lunch today, and it was not as expected. At all. It tasted like chicken dipped in pure salt, dressed with soy sauce. No spicy tang at all. There are many reviews to reflect the same experience we just had. Surly service, check. Colonic regret(loved that comment), check. Very ungood«Chinese» food, check. We won’t be back. Trust the reviews; this place isn’t worth it.

Chinese Cuisine + Shellfish allergy = WIN! My girlfriend and I love P.F. Changs, we have been to a few different locations and even this location multiple times and this is the first time at this location we were effectively accommodated. One thing that is always tough when going out to eat with a food allergy is is what to eat. We don’t go to P.F. Changs very often so we usually get the same thing(boring you would think, but still delicious) until this time. We informed our server of Nicole’s shellfish allergy and he respectively took us into consideration and said he will return with an alternative menu. Soon after, the manager returned with a printed menu designed for those who have shellfish allergies, to my suprise it had a great deal of options to choose from. She also assured us that our food would be cooked in a new Wok which was another plus! We enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls for an app, great with their sauces. Nicole had their honey chicken, I tried their beef and broccoli. The beef broccoli was good but not enough broccoli for my liking, and a bit soggy. all in all it was a nice dining experience and a very welcoming environment for those with food allergies.

This poor review is not because of the food, it’s instead a reflection on the takeout and the need to improve your service. You have the idea right, place your order, call and you will deliver to your vehicle. Or so I thought, until I was on hold, in my car, for five minutes before I decided to walk in to get my food. Dealing with another customer who had some sort of coupon they were having trouble redeaming. Waited, finally while she waited for a manager to give approval, she rang my order. But then instead of asking someone in the kitchen, within ear range, to give me my food, I again waited for another five minutes. I hope I make it home before my $ 75 order is cold.
