Been going here for a few years, contrary to the other reviewers I have found everyone the very nice and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to other people, plus they’re next door to a great second hand store! Double stop shopping! Great selection of frames for new glasses, if I were to have a complaint it would be that they have TOO many to choose from, I spent way too long going back and forth between choices!

Not a good experience. Was charged a $ 50 «contact fitting» fee for taking out and showing the Dr I can put in my own contacts, literally just put them on in front of a mirror. I have had the same contacts for years. Customer service is a bit odd and robotic, not very friendly or warm. I purchased some contacts and when I went to pick them up one of the ladies up front tossed my contacts box to the other lady like it was a bag of trash, very weird. Disappointed and will not recommend nor return.

Everyone in this establishment is just odd. No one is very nice, just mechanical. They do the bare minimum of their job with no customer service. The Dr I saw was a total knob. I asked him if my prescription changed just slightly, will I need new glasses if I only wear them at night before bed, and he replied «I don’t know if your prescription has changed or not». I said, ok, but if I see that it has changed, will I need to get new glasses, or can I keep my same ones if it’s only changed slightly? He had the same response as before. So, I dropped the subject. What a tool lol. I will not be going back there.
