Hotel is fairly new HOWEVER, it is the noisiest place I have ever stayed. The highway is adjacent to this facility and it is not well built. Noisy, Noisy, noisy!!! Moved twice and on back side better but you hear everyone walking, talking and water. Never staying here again

Our stay at the hotel was nice. We had three rooms for a family get together in a nearby city. The staff was pleasant. and the breakfast was perfect for all ages. The only negative thing I can say is one of their housekeeping staff blew it! On our third morning, we left a tip on the bed before leaving. The previous days we returned to a nicely cleaned room and one of the staff even left a note thanking us for the tip. However on the third day we returned late, around 11pm, and found the room had not been touched… except the tip was gone! The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and brought us clean towels. Unfortunately it left a bad impression on an otherwise pleasant experience.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and even more Hilton family hotels and this one is possibly the worst. The rooms themselves were decent, but thats pretty much where the good things stopped. The breakfast area was way too small and every morning it was full and people had to actually wait for tables to sit down. The parking lot was terrible and nowhere near the door. Then it snowed and they didn’t plow the parking lot. 3 different cars and a van all got stuck in the parking lot including mine. A couple other guests tried to help me get it unstuck, but we had no luck. So I headed inside to the front desk to ask for help. The guy at the front desk was on his cell phone having a clearly personal conversation and made me and the 2 people in line behind me wait 5 minutes while he completed his conversation. When he finally finished he was extremely rude and actually said tough luck to me at first. When I continued to press him he finally called the maintenance guy to come try to help me. The maintenance guy was also a total jerk and actually had the balls to say it was better that they didn’t plow the parking lot because that would have only made things worse. It was pretty shameful. Needless to say I will not be staying here next time I’m in the area.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. It’s in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. They have free wifi in the hotel. The breakfast you get everyday had lots of options. The beds were very comfortable and I especially like the comforters. I will definitely use this hotel again when I am in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and food suggestions.

So far, this hotel has been a great place to stay for a quick trip to «the cities». It isn’t in Minneapolis or St. Paul, but both are a quick shot on the interstate away. Also, even though the interstate is pretty much right out the window, we haven’t been able to hear it at all. The hotel is clean, bed is comfy, rooms are nice with the TV, microwave, fridge, and free internet*. The people at the front desk were polite and helpful. The pool, hot tub, and workout room are all kept clean and were a nice break at the end of the day. The towels at the pool appear very tiny, but are actually fairly normally sized. Actually, the towels are really the only thing I can find to complain about. They’re kind of thin and scratchy, but they get the job done. :-) All-in-all, we’d stay here again. *A note on the free internet: reports it’s a 20mbps down, 6mbps up connection. Definitely quick. Note: I didn’t mention the free breakfast because I haven’.t really experienced it. We were going to go once, but it was pretty darn busy. We went to one of the nearby restaurants instead, which worked out very nicely.

I have been staying here at least once a year for a week, for the last five years. The thing that brought me to this hotel was location, Internet access, and breakfast, in that order. It is very centrally located for my needs and is reasonable priced. It has a nice pool, hot tub and a nice work out area. The rooms have been updated with new HD flat panel TVs. All the rooms I have had are nice and cleanand in good shape. I’ve been in newer hotels that have not been kept up as nicely. The staff is always helpful and always has a greeting and a smile for your.

I travel for work… a lot. My criteria when choosing a hotel for work are: ~Is it cheap enough that it won’t raise any eyebrows when I submit my expense report ~Does it have free internet/breakfast Perhaps the problem I have with this hotel is that I’m here for work AND have family with me. On vacation my criteria are much different. When I arrived at the hotel had arranged for a «crib». What I got was a cheap pack and play with a loose bedsheet in the bottom. Hello, SIDS? Not only that, the room they set us up in was a smoking room. Seriously? The parking lot was littered with trash and the hallways and elevators were dingy. Signage was showing its age.
