In August 2012 I paid this business to pack, ship, and deliver antique family furniture to my sister in Provo, UT. The business broke a large, round mirror in transit. They and their corporate overlords agree that they owe us $ 200 in compensation on this insured shipment, as the amount falls below their insurance deductible. Despite eight months of calling and emailing, no check has ever arrived. Think twice before you trust these people.
