This AF is actually in Osseo. Adequately Clean, compact facility, efficiently laid out. Dumbbells are a manageable size and strength training equipment are just ok and in decent condition. The cardio machines could use an update but aren’t a deal breaker for me as there are other AF nearby with better treadmills/​bikes.

Everything is fine so long as your a paying member and don’t want to leave. The club is ok and fits most needs. The second you want to quit your membership BEWARE, they will lose /​not process your cancellation which you cant fully act on until two billing periods pass. When you try to reach out to them to find out what happened, they wont return your emails or phone calls, in fact they will get sneaky and try to process the request behind the scenes once you get angry enough but still not call or email you about how your supposed to work it out. I had to reach out to their financial branch and force them into resolving the issue. This club needs to take a customer service 101 course and learn how to return messages /​resolve conflicts, this was total BS
