I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. I love the small town vibe… it is a great escape from city life. You can park the car and walk just about everywhere. I can bring the pup for a super reasonable pet fee, there are miles of sandy beaches for walking on, the people here are so nice, and there are movies and books to borrow. Rooms are cute and quaint and well kept for a good, cheaper price than most of the other places in the area. Manzanita might be the most dog friendly town on the coast, and this place puts you and your pets needs at peace.

We love this place and have gone several times over the last 8 years. It’s affordable compared to other lodging in the area, the owners are very kind, and we can take our dog. It’s located a short walk from the beach in a quiet area, and it has a nice and unique character to it. We are grateful that it exists.

Great stay! Brian was very friendly. It’s always nice when the room is clean and they remember your name. Thanks again! Highly recommended.

Really cute hotel, with great charm. The owners are a friendly and welcoming and they have tons of amenities for guests to enjoy the area with. The units are clean, well stocked a kitchen, fridge, stove, ect and the biggest point they have great beds. Not the saggy springy beds that leave your back in knots in the morning. Its in a great location and you can walk to the beach and restaurants. The rates are reasonable and they allow DOGS with only a one time fee, not like other hotels that charge you an insane amount per night. The lobby has tons of movies, music, books for customers to borrow FREE, they have bikes, sand toys for the kids and FREEWIFI much more. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying on the coast. Manzanita is a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Cannon Beach.

This is a very quaint hotel. If you are looking for great hospitality, grandma grandpa feeling, kid friendly, locally owned business. This is your place to be. Movies, books, buckets & shovels, bikes… If they have it they make it available to their customers, which makes it a win and a must to come back and visit. Lots of good reviews and thank you letters mailed to the owners/managers posted all over to see. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel to stay. We stayed in a one bedroom/kitchenette. Everything is walking distance and if you need any good advice as to where to go for the good food or the amazing local owned shops the manager/owner is ready with the where too’s… Amazing experience.

Adorable little inn! We stayed one night over the past weekend and had a good time. The room was clean, roomy, and warm. Bed was good enough for one night, TV had lots of channels, the heater worked great, bathroom was good size. The price was really affordable too! And, the owners allow dogs! Brian, the owner, was super nice and hospitable! We will be back!

Another one of our favorite places to stay! We can bring our dog! Cheap winter rates. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach and the Sand Dune pub. They have a nice VHS, book, and game library. They also have bikes to borrow which we use so we can run our dog. There is the usual cable TV, coffee, fridge, microwave in the room. The rooms are very clean. The back of the motel has the cutest sitting area with nice chairs and grass to lay in, which we discovered when we had the«honey moon» suite. This place is so comfortable :)

if you have a dog and want to visit Manzanita, this is definitely the place to stay! we headed to the coast for the weekend with our dog, Larry, and he was warmly welcomed, as were we, by the inn’s owner Brian.(the red vines in the lobby didn’t hurt either) He showed us the extensive movie and music libraries that we were welcome to borrow anything from at our leisure along with the assortment of buckets and other beach toys. the room was definitely showing its age and modesty furnished, but more than fine for our needs. there was also a full kitchen for us to use if we wanted. it was nice being so close to the main area of town, but on a quieter less-crowded street, and only a few blocks from the beach. we will definitely return here the next time we want to take a vacation with Larry on the coast.
